Experience with this hotel is similar to many others. Beautifully appointed rooms however, our room faced the street so could hear the horns (something you want to be able to escape in Hanoi). The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking but after 4 nights "roughing it" in the Old Quarter the overall experience was great - awesome shower. The pool is great to cool off but not one you'd want to lie around for the afternoon (concrete jungle). Great location allowing you to access all areas of Hanoi plus some great restaurants in the area. Be sure to book your taxi with the concierge as they have a deal with one of the company's for a fixed rate (370k VND) sadly I didn't and paid (500k VND). Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
