unfortunately the quality is the hotel is not a 5* at all. the breakfast is for asians, the westerners are almost not considered except the omlette..
the rooms are very spacious but the beds are awful. I still can feel the spring on my back.
restaurants are also not good in terms of quality. the food is average.

way too much old fashioned.

This Korean-owned hotel always brings you the feeling that it is not well maintained, from the frontage signage and torned billboards. Service was slow at the lounge. We went to coffee shop and ordered some dishes. It tooked quite long.
Not very intereating place.

Currently in this hotel, the following is my summary report:

- Arrival
Staff on hand to assist with luggage and diligent door staff
- Check-in
Very efficient, professional
- Room
Oversized with 2 double beds - old and tired furniture/outdated
- Bathroom
Large/oversized. Shower function and temp control good. Bath towels are thin and undersized. More 2 star hotel quality towels and needs attention.
- Security
In-room safe available, bit clumsy to operate with no instructions. Have to open the door, slide back a cover, press a button to re-set then enter 4 digit code twice. But with no instructions in my room I had to call for help
- Massage
Very good full body massage for 60 minutes @ 30 USD
- Food
Breakfast costs USD 23 dollars regardless of whether you are vegetarian, vegan etc. So I paid 23 bucks for a juice, small bowl of congee and a cup of tea (tea bag). Option for continental not available. The orange juice was disgusting. The selection of food is extremely poor for vegan/vegetarian and hash browns have bacon inside. Overall the food display is not 5 star quality and looked more like a Chinese hotel.

Major issues:
- woke up at 3am and found the washroom with a half inch of water
- called at 6 for maintenance and housekeeping, had to call again at 7 to remind them. Housekeeping eventually came and cleaned up after an hour wait. Maintenance did not show up and bathroom is flooded again - toilet is leaking heavily.
- upon arrival in my room I spotted black pubic hairs on the white bedspread

I would not stay here again and suspect there are staff training and operational and general management issues unaddressed.

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Nice business hotel, nice and big room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The best part is a super nice gym with a small indoor track, had never seen that in a gym before. Pool is indoors.

The slight negative is that choices for room service is not great and breakfast and lunch buffet is just slightly above average. But overall it's a nice business hotel for the price.
