We took the two day over night in October. Could not fault this tour. Great attentive staff, roomy comfortable cabin with a well appointed bathroom. The food was plentiful and delicious. But you could not surpass the panoramic views. Absolutely magical. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat, but next time would take the three day cruise.

We took the 3-day (2-night) cruise on the 5-cabin Valentine, one of the premium vessels owned by Indochina Sails. It was completely splendid, the staff could not do enough to be helpful, the food was amazingly good and tha cabins beautiful and comfortable. On a small vessel such as Valentine (or its even smaller sister Valentine Premium, with just 2 cabins), it's like being on your own yacht, with 1 to 1 crew / guest ratio. I cannot praise these guys enough, for their dedication to amking a superlative experience in one of the world's most amazing destinations. Go for 2 nights rather than one if you have the time - it's more than worth it!

The ship was Indochina Sails #3, the room was #302 and the 3 days 2 nights on board was a highlight of our trip to SE Asia. Thomas and his crew, especially Annie, are so devoted to making sure your trip is perfect. Our room was large, had a great bathroom and shower, and was beautifully appointed with a grand view. We would lie in bed at night and fall asleep to the lights of the boats reflecting across the waters of Halong Bay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the spacious and airy dining room was excellent. The selection was sizable, the preparation impeccable and the service shined. Every excursion was terrific. Safety was always top of mind by the crew. Three days two nights is a must. The one night two day is not long enough and you'd be cheating yourself. Indochina Sails should be very proud of itself. It's a very well run cruise operation and worth every Dong.

Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The views stunning. The activities heaps of fun

The boat was well appointed - great bed and chairs, heaps of room and great value cocktails.
