My friend and I stayed at the Golden Moments Hotel for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We returned to the hotel following two overnight trips (Sapa and Halong Bay) and were very thankful that the hotel was able to keep our bags for us between stays. The staff were very friendly, helpful, organised a car to pick us up from the airport and also received calls from our tour company.

I can’t say enough of this hotel
We booked room based on the reviews and the location. And from the minute we checked in and were greeted by Hai with welcome drink, we were treated better than we could have imagined. Hai also gave us a fantastic idea of the best restaurant nearby and where we should go.
Room we stayed was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was simple and adequate with Vietnamese and Western. I would strongly recommend this hotel and will check in again the next time back to Hanoi

Very good service by the staffs of the hotel. Clean and nicely furnished rooms. The location of the hotel is situated inside strategically inside old quarters.
Good street good and drinking places are easily accessible.

I had a wonderful stay. We had the family room and it was great. It was spacious & quiet. I liked the complimentary water and coffee provided. Location is also a plus! Located close to everything so we walked mostly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels in SE Asia and I can very confidently say golden moment was at the top of my list. The staff were helpful tight from the start, with recommendations and arranging cars. Mr. Hai at the front desk was friendly, hospitable and made sure our stay was perfect. Sat us down with a great map of the city and showed us all the must-do spots. The deluxe double we stayed in was clean, the shower was massive, and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday. The breakfast is AMAZING—includes hot items fresh off the menu like crepes, omelets, and Vietnamese items and great fruit as well. The front desk made SURE we reached to the airport on time, and allowed us to express check out! They were conversational and extremely sweet, and made our stay truly wonderful. Thank you again!!! A great bang for your buck and located in a great spot in the old quarter that makes it easy to explore everything—the night market is just a block behind the hotel!
