The staff here were very attentive and accommodated ya so well. The rooms were very clean and we were very comfortable here! We missed breakfast in the morning as we woke up late.. however, the staff here were amazing and even put on a little breakfast of coffee, crepes and pancakes! So lovely and will certainly recommend to friends! We even got complimentary tea and biscuits and a cold towelette when we arrived.. which was great considering it was so hot!More

I stayed here for 2 nights, the location is perfect, the rooms are nice and clean. All the staff are lovely but particularly Mr. Hai was very helpful and friendly! I recommend this hotel and would stay here again😊

The staff at the hotel are incredibly sweet and super helpful. I will remember Mr. Hai and Ms. Rose very fondly as they helped me navigate the streets of the old quarter and gave me the most wonderful recommendations. As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find good places to eat, but they took the time to research the best places for me!
They also included breakfast which was really great and the morning staff greeted me with huge smilies, even early in the morning!
Book all of your tours through this hotel, they will not hide any fees and will give you honest feedback about some of the tours. Basically they will not try and all you a tour if they think it is a bad time of the year for it or if it not a great option for your style of travel.
The rooms are wonderful and the bed is perhaps too comfortable. The shower was like heaven and the service for the rooms were great.
I strongly recommend you come here and have the same experience that I did.

We stayed this hotel only 1 night after Halong Bay trip. Hotel is very clean, room was spacious and comfortable, enough for 2 people. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thank to Mr.Hai, who help us many things we need such as late check out, car to the airport with reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The hotel in the perfect location of the old quarter. Short walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Weekend Night Market. Street foods, Famous local dessert shop and convenience store (Circle K) are around the corner of the hotel. We booked two units of double rooms and room was spacious and clean. Ms Flower was helping up to arranged airport tranfers and our day tour to Halong Bay by using the highway route with coach(2 to 2.5 hours instead of using the old road 4.5 hrs). The airport transfers and tour fares provided by Ms Flower are reasonable and she even helping us to booked for our seafood night buffet at Set Buffet which is save lots of our time. Mr Hai was very helpful and polite. He given us the old quater map and explained the details to us so that we are able to exploring the nearby sightseeing. Buffet breakfast and Ala Carte menu was served during our stay. Will be stay in the hotel again if I visiting hanoi again. Thanks Ms Flower, Mr Hai and all the staff for your warm hospitality.
