I really enjoyed my stay in this nice hotel in Hanoi.
It is located right in the Old Districit, but it is not noisy at all.
The room was good size and very comfortable.
The breakfast a la carte was really good.
All the staff was great and helpful, that's why we decided to come back to this Hotel for our last night in Hanoi, before leaving.
I suggest the Hanoi Golden Moment very much!!!

The hotel, conveniently located in the old quarter close to the Hoan Kiem lake, the 'heart' of the city, offered us very nice rooms (we stayed there a couple of times), in combination with superbe service. From the glass of juice and the fruit at arrival, via the perfectly organized tours, to the pick up and drop off service to and from the airport, the personnel of Hanoi golden moment hotel proved to be incredibly helpful and generous. The best example of their service was when I was ill, and whilst their kitchen was closed, they still let us in and prepared me a light lunch that was suitable for my stomach. An absolute amazing experience, we will definitely come back to Hanoi Golden Moment Hotel when we return to Hanoi.
The hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarter. Accessible to almost everything. The food is excellent, the room rate is earthly. Their frontdesk/ customer service is exemplary.
I would like to personally commend Max (one of their staff) for personally assisting all our needs and tour requirements. I also coordinate with other hotel but the office of Max is very affordable compared to other travel provider.
I assure you that you will not regret booking at this hotel.

This hotel is tucked away in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. It is within walking distance of many of the attractions and restaurant around the area. The rooms are comfortable and the size seems to be average for this area. What sets this hotel apart from the others has to be the level of service. Everything was catered for such as pick ups and transfers; travel arrangements; advice on where to eat. The staff really were friendly (and more importantly genuine). Our stay was effortless while we were there and having travel quite extensively I would say this is some of the best service I've ever had from a hotel around the world. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel or one of it's sister hotels in the area.
If your planning a trip to Hanoi, Golden Moment Hotel is the place to stay, its right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter with everything you need within walking distance, if you want to venture further out the super friendly hotel staff are very helpful with organising bikes, guides, tours, taxis, where to eat, and where to find those little hidden gems Hanoi has to offer, the staff here are so friendly and helpful and will do everything to make you feel welcome and at home.
After riding a bike around Norther Vietnam staying at 'home stays' mojority of the time, treating yourself to a clean comfortable retreat is needed, and that is exactly what the rooms at Golden Moment are. I've stayed in three different rooms and each one was very clean and comfortable, they are a western style room with modern furnishings and amenities, perfect for any traveller wanting the comforts of home.
The overall experience I had at Golden Moment was outstanding, from the rooms, the amazing breakfast provided, to the staff, who I can't thank enough for their help and hospitality during each of my stays, I can't wait to return to Hanoi, and Golden Moment will be my first port of call.

The hotel was very nice, clean and decorated well. Triple Room is in the front so ask for a higher floor due to some street sounds. But the bigger selling point is the very high level or personal service and assistance. They helped us cancel our Halong bay cruise due to weather and schedule another good excursion on Watitravel for the day. Thanks to Max. Plus they found us another hotel room for the night and transported our bags there and back for our last night at the hotel which we had previously reserved. Thanks to Lan. Highly recommend you choose this hotel for the comfort, safety and service they provide.
