Booked this hotel for 2 nights after going through the location and other reviews on TripAdvisor. We were overwhelmed with their services and response levels. To start with the location is just fabulous, right in the middle of action and still in a lane which you need to walk 100 mtrs. But this works in their favour as you are away from all the noise. Safe locality. Room has all that one may need. Safe, laptop, free WiFi, bottled water, tea coffee ensemble, good toiletries, nice welcome drink and nibbles in the room. Above all these the hotel is clean, bathroom is also neat and has good bathroom fixtures. Breakfast is good too and tastes fresh and as good as it can be. They have local and European options.

But the best part for us was the team of the hotel. They were a bunch of good people who worked hard towards making sure that we had a comfortable stay not only in their hotel but also organised our trips to sapa and halong bay. We were on a budget so they spent time with us giving us options and booked all local transfers for us. We also left our luggage here trusting the team on our way to sapa and Halong bay. They were true professionals and obliged to all our requests with a smile.

Would highly recommend this hotel to all as it almost became our home for the entire North Vietnam trip.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found it to be wonderful. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter near all the action, yet is in one of the quietest alleys in the city. Even during the weekend night market, I never heard a thing, and the rooms seem to be soundproofed! The rooms were top-notch, clean, and the perfect size, having flower petals and orchids were a very nice touch. The beds were not hard like many hotels in Asia and the hotel overall seemed to cater to Westerners. The breakfast is made to order and was delicious every time. As for the area that the hotel is located in, it was very safe, I never once felt nervous going out at night.

Protip: Use google maps to find the hotel, it is hidden in an alley. Also arrange a taxi to/from the airport through the front desk, they made it super easy and was the same price as grabbing one off the street, but without the hassel.

The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to rest and keep our baggage in the lobby after checking out, prior to our night train to Sapa! We were even able to shower and freshen up. Great location too, would definitely recommend for a quick visit to Hanoi!

We've been at the Hotel with our family of four including our two sons of age 14/16. The rooms are big enough for four offering a nice and spacious bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all kind of topics you deal with as a European in Vietnam. they even offered us support and drinks while coming back from Halong bay waiting for our train in the evening and organized the taxi to the main station. I can fully recommend the hotel as it is also located in the old part of Hanoi with the evening market just around the corner but nevertheless in a very quiet street.

This is a small hotel, 2 rooms on each of 7 floors. There are no lifts but the staff are ready to assist with any luggage you happen to have. Rooms are on the small side but well designed and plenty of room to store luggage and clothes. Our room was immaculate, small bathroom but easy to access and super clean. Breakfast served downstairs is a la carte, we enjoyed something different to the usual hotel buffet. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and obliging. AC worked well, the hotel was quiet even though it's smack bang in the middle of the noisy and chaotic old quarter. Highly recommended!
