Mia, our contact agent was very efficient. She’s always reachable and replied promptly through WhatsApp. Even called me the first time to ask about my trip. The hotels booked were mostly excellent although there were some issues with it. 2 usb were left at 2 different hotels but none was found by the hotel when we informed the hotel and wanted to get them back. Quite disappointed with the hotels though. I have given my feedback to Mia so that she knows about it. Location of Hanoi hotels in old quarters were fantastic. Nearby to everything and we walked all the time. Transportation was good except for 1 driver from Sapa- Hanoi, as he was busy checking/ looking at his phone and also talking the first 1.5 hours. The car was slowly swerving to the side while checking his phone. After the 2nd hour he’s was ok and concentrated on driving already but we were alert throughout the journey though
The tour guide in Sapa recommended a restaurant for lunch when we asked her, and the food was more expensive and not as good as the other one we went ourselves. The recommended restaurant is more for the tourists as we saw many tourist dining there.
We didn’t like the shopping stop to and from Halong Bay. We didn’t intend to purchase anything from those shopping stops. Driver stopped for at least 20min and it’s a waste of time.
The overnight cruise in Halong Bay was great!! Many choices for buffet dinner but breakfast and lunch was moderate only. It would be better if we don’t need to have brunch at 930am and arrived the marina at 11am. Too rush. Perhaps staying 2 nights would be better. My room was upgraded by the cruise and it was a beautiful room with jacuzzi!! Thank you!!
No other complaints as it was a very good travel agency overall and Mia was superb!! Totally reliable!!! I was sceptical at first but a thumbs up for Mia and this travel agent!!!! Keep it up !!
