We had a lunch-time drink here and booked for dinner. Not a vast menu but beautifully presented and deliciously flavoured. We loved the fresh spring roll (and a few days later in Hoi An, the mixed starter plate - go for that, and share it).
The sea bass was well seasoned and moist - "best ever"; so good that someone (she knows who she is) having had it in Hanoi also ordered it in Hoi An.
Best meal in Viet Nam (so Far?)
