This is a great spot to change pace. The pastries are delicious and the coffee is also very good. It's a little pricey but it has quality.
We tried the mulberry pie and mango crumb. Both were terrific. Not very sweet which is good. And fresh.
So far best coffee in Vietnam.

We found Joma by accident and considered this a real blessing - we have been back everyday since. The tomato soup is amazing - sandwiches too! Real quality food - and the desserts...well they are definitely worth a try. The space is quite large (huge air conditioned area in the back) and with many comfy black chairs. Great place to hang out - use free wifi and read a book - especially in the sizzling heat of the day! The staff are very friendly and continue to fill your water glass long after you have finished your drinks and food...very welcoming place and has a great vibe. We are sorry to say we missed the location in Luang Prabang while there...I have no doubt it would have been a favorite hang out there as well. Don't miss out...anytime of day is a treat and a real oasis in this bustling city!

WE LOVE JOMA!

We came here for coffees upon arriving in Hanoi, and ended up spending many hours there avoiding rain and trying all of the food Joma has to offer. This then became the morning trend of our stay in Hanoi...

It can get pretty busy, but there is usually a chair open somewhere. The bagels are a great treat while traveling, the coffee is superb, the cream of tomato soup is divine... Pretty much, you cannot go wrong with Joma's menu.

We went to Laos after leaving Hanoi, and made a point of going to all the Jomas there as well... They are just as great! And the stamp cards work at all of the stores.

The service and food here were fantastic, we would visit at least once a day for a refreshing drink and small bite to eat, the cookies especially were fantastic. Great chilled out place, a must visit

Stepping into JOMA is like stepping out of Old Town Hanoi. Good air conditioning, relaxed atmosphere. I found the food to be good, not great. Service is good. Don't be put off by the size of the place when you walk in. Toward the back is a larger seating area, also air conditioned.
