We had just arrived in Hanoi and we were grateful to find somewhere as clean and inviting for our first breakfast in the city. The place is charming and in a pleasant area.
Whilst not worst crossing the city for, it makes a great choice to eat if nearby.
We did not try the cookery school but it looked well organised, clean and interesting as we passed through the window.
There is an English language bookshop at the back which adds to the "expat" feel of the place.
Good food, great coffee and friendly service.
Probably a good place to meet other travellers.

Develop a new respect for tofu at this vegan cooking class. By accident I found myself at a vegan class and discovered fresh tofu can actually be cooked in many different ways. We went to the wet market and tasted some goodies there then spent a couple of hours cooking. Class was small- there were three of us and a lovely chef who had a great sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Our family booked the cooking course based on the feedback on Trip advisor. Pleased to say that it lived up to our expectations and then some. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The class started out with an informative trip to the local markets where we received wonderful and clear explanation of many Vietnamese fresh produce. We were then taken backmtomthe cooking school and were shown how to cooking a number of wonderfully simple but tasty Vietnamese dishes. We then had the opportunity to sit in the restaurant and sample our own products.

A wonderful experience that we will treasure for a long time to come.

We really enjoyed our cooking session at this great place. Good food prepared by the class of 3 adults and 2 young children (the kids were handled so well by all the staff). Clear and helpful assistance given with well prepard ingredients. Will fondly wear my apron in our kitchen. Would highly reco the place.
