Spent 3 nights at this hotel recently on my first trip to Hanoi.
The hotel is an older style of Sheraton, but still offers the usual and expected services of the Sheraton brand. Free wifi is included in the room and public areas, however they do need to update their system because when you login it asks you to pick a payment plan, even though reception tells you its complimentary.
The breakfast is good quality although after 3 days there does not appear to be much variety or many dishes that rotate.
The service was good and the staff speak much better English than other parts of Asia.
The hotel offers complimentary shuttles to downtown which are useful, although the times surprise me a as they appear to be when you would expect your guests to stay and dine in the hotel (9am ,1pm and 6pm)
Overall found the hotel to be a good standard and consistent in their service delivery.
