“Decent price, awesome location and amazing VNmese food”

I took few of my friends from different countries going to Hanoi. Staying in this hotel was a pleasure for all of us. The location is very much convenient, just around the corner of the old town where plenty of restaurants, tourist places are walking distance away. The room were spotless clean and spacious enough. The VNmese staff were very friendly and helpful. I even booked a tour to Halong bay through the hotel and it was undoubtedly amazing. Definitely it's highly recommended.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Convenient ....Only the concept of the bath tub is funny cos there's a gap between the wall and the bath tub. After bathing, the whole bath room will be wet.

We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much we booked it again for this year. Beautifully decorated and the feeling is one of comfort and luxury when entering the reception. Our room was lovely and most comfortable with a very functional and nice bathroom. If you want a very modern hotel, this is the one for you! The location is great and is within walking distance to good shopping, great restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake, Dong Xuan market ... Staff were helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

its a very beautiful hotel in a quiet part of the city. they've got excellent rooms and roomservice. they also have a great view over Hoan Kiem Lake.

even the placement of the hotel is awesome. its close to Ngoc Son temple and the Water Puppet theater.

its absolutely worth staying at if you're in Hanoi!

I went from HCMC to Hanoi staying mostly in hostels and cheap guetshouses and decided to end my trip with a real hotel.... And i im so happy i picked grand view hotel. I enjoyed 3 nights in the in the middle of the old quater and still being able to get a good long night of quiet sleep! The staff was very freindly and even more helpfull. This is my number one choice in Hanoi and i will go there straight away if i ever come back to Vietnam!

Dirty. The sheets were stained as well as the two thin towels. No window. Check in staff rude.

I thought this 3 star hotel would be better than the Atlantic hotel where I was staying previously. Other than a very nice looking lobby and somewhat nice looking rooms, I cannot say any other good things about it.

The bed was uncomfortable with springs pocking me at night. The staff were friendly at first, but that was turned off at the first complaint of a problem. The problem was that the staff told me breakfast ends at 11 and to my surprise, at 10am, nothing was available. The girls were extremely rude saying they don't know who gave me the wrong information and that it was my own fault. One of the girls at the restaurant was extremely rude, refused to tell me her name and nearly threw the food at me after she was told to make me a breakfast anyway. I got sick that night and was sick for over a week... strange coincidence. Oh, and the breakfast buffet isn't worth it, the food is really bad.
