Nice restaurant with a good range of western food.
They make nice cocktails and fruit juices.
The pasta is good and the CBE Sandwich is delicious. They have really good quality bread at Puku.
It's a great late night dining option in Hanoi with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

I'd read about here before coming to Hanoi and paid it a visit for lunch on day. The staff were friendly, the wifi was decent and I ordered 'bangers and mash'. I've been living in Asia for a year and these were the first sausages I've had here that even vaguely tasted like home (the gravy was great too). So, thank you very much Puku.

The restaurant/bar has a nice outdoor are at the front if you want to lounge in the sun with a cold beer do some people watching.

I heard about PUKU from my friend who had been here when she travelled. For my taste, the place was a bit too smokey (tobacco) to fully enjoy my meal. However, it was possibly the best place ever to watch the WC football game - expats, travellers and locals all enjoying the game together! Super! The 24h delivery service is cool, we did not have the need to test it.

We were desperate for something to eat at 9.30pm and found this by chance. (But it is night food street) What a find! Downstairs there's a mix of sofas & coffee tables, dining tables & chairs. No smoking inside downstairs at main eating times which is nice, but there is an outside terrace at the front and sports screens upstairs. It was very popular with a constant stream of people coming in, some for a meal, some just for a drink and some for the cakes. Not many Westerners and most people using free wifi. The food we had (pastas, sandwiches, burritos) was delicious and served promptly. Cocktails were great too. Good atmosphere with Western pop music.

Living just down the road, the whole family (7 and 4 yo boys) love coming down often to the Puku lounges for a quick, comfortable and delish western meal. Fav dishes are the burritos (esp the breaky burrito), chicken and mushroom pie, eggplant lasagne and if we have been behaving, a lamington for dessert. Boys love the banana pancake, sausage and chips, smoothies and juices. Good selection of kids meals which are all heavily discounted but still quite substantial meals in themselves. Their delivery service is on fast dial and being 24hrs has meant it gets a bit of a work over for that late occasional night munchie. If I can convince the ever-friendly staff to put chicken parma and sausage rolls on the menu I'll happily give it 5 stars!

Tip - Pho stall across the road from Puku is the bizness.
