at first glance the rooms look quite ok, but if you stay there longer then 10 minutes you'll find cockroaches crawling around (even by daylight) celebrating all the leftover food and rubbish underneath the bed (variating from small papars, dead bugs and big waterbottles) left by former guests.. The room has a filthy carpet on the ground which looks like it hasn't been cleaned for the last 5 years and also the sheets are really dirty, like they didn't clean it after the last guests..
Then there is the staff of this 'hotel'.. Not quite as helpfull as you would like it to be.. They say they will clean the room, give you new sheets and fix the wifi (which they promised there would be in the room, but didn't work at all) but they never get active for you.. or take your complains seriously..
the most funny thing was that we found our hotel closed just after 12 'o clock at night and nobody was anwering the doorbell whatsoever.. So we needed to call the 'hotline' to let them open the door.. Turned out the guy had locked the hotel so he could go watch tv in one of the rooms upstairs.. we got nothing like an apology, only dumb look and a sheepish laugh..
Please be wise and avoid this junkyard! And believe me, i've been traveling around and been in bad places with cockroaches and rats, but never have i found a hotel this dirty and with staff this dumb and rude.
Don't even bother taking a look over there, there are lots of other hotels with good prices in the neighbourhood like the ocean hotel around the corner. Same price, but clean rooms and friendly staff!
