Just the same old tat you can buy at all the other crappy stores for tourists.. same stores over and over again the only entertainment is watching the pickpockets.

It was a very crowded place, with many stalls and hawkers but kinda dull since most of them sell regular clothings, accesorries, footwear n stuff. It's just my opinion though, since I was a tourist,I guess it's mostly providing for the locals. Very different from halong bay nite market that sells mostly souvenirs/gifts and typical vietnamese items. However, it was a lively place to be,just be careful woth yoyr belongings!

The night market will only do business on Sat. and Sun. night. The item's price here was cheap and the quality was fine. No point you pay more at the others souvenir shop.

The night market has many stalls selling the same stuff so it can get a bit boring after walking through the street. Be careful of pickpockets cos my Longchamp tote bag was slashed by a woman carrying a fake baby and she used a penknife to cut open my bag. Her tactic was to keep pushing me (penknife hidden in her hand) and get a group of teenage girls to surround me. I didn't realise my bag was cut open till I reached the end of the street! Thank God my wallet was not stolen and nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I had to buy a replacement bag the next day cos it couldn't be repaired. Wish police could patrol the area...

it is a very busy market, first level sell mostly of shoes and dried food stuff, decorative items, 2nd floor is mostly clothing it is a good market to find cheap stuff, it is cheaper to shop there compared with the market at the hoan kiem lake. but the lane between each stalls are very narrow, you really needs lots of skill to move through
