Jaspas was running a promotion for a roasted chicken, vegetables and bread for 300,000, valid for take-out or delivery only. We had it delivered and it was more than enough for two people, fresh cooked and delicious. My only complaint was that it took almost 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, though they did cook it fresh and advised me at the time of the order that it took 45 minutes to prepare. But!!! It was worth the wait. It's hard to get food that is actually cooked in an oven here, and true Western-style, but Jaspas did it perfectly. The roasted potatoes and squash was a treat, and the chicken was fully cooked, well seasoned and deliciously moist. They even included gravy on the side as well as a baguette. It was a very good value.

They also serve an assortment of pizza and other main courses, as well as breakfast and lunch buffets, so we'll have to try them again sometime and eat in next time. The restaurant is on the 4th floor of the east end of Hanoi Towers - it isn't in the mall where Citimart is located - you have to go into the residential part of the building and take the elevator.

This would be a good place for a business meeting or special occasion. They also have a bar. Recommended!

My six year old daughter would eat breakfast every day at Jaspas for the rest of her life.
After six weeks living in Hanoi, Jaspas was the number one selection for breakfast for my family.
If you have children and staying in Hanoi, you can't beat this place.
Excellent service, good menu. Can't beat this place when you have fickle eaters.
If you time it right, you get a scenic view of Hanoi's chaotic traffic. From behind sound proofed windows on the fourth floor- the best way to view it!

Jaspas caters for an international audience of ex-pats, which might sound like trouble, but in fact it's a nice, reasonably priced restaurant. Includes good vegetarian options - and better quality & value than some dedicated veggie restaurants I've tried in Hanoi. Lovely service. Better than expected all round.

This restaurant is located at Somerset Grand Hanoi Apartments near the Old Quarter. B/c we stayed there, we were given complimentary breakfasts everyday. The cost is usually $8/person for the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. It was good, nothing special. Consistently and reliably good food. We did room service a couple of times, too, and the svc. was fast and food good. Again, nothing too special.

Having breakfast at Jaspas is a lovely way to start the day. For a reasonable price of about $8, you enjoy a good western style buffet breakfast with all the usual suspects - baked goods like muffins, loaves, toast, salads, cold cut meats, eggs the way you like it, bacon, sausage, fruit, diary, juices, cereals, a decent variety of cooked vegs and meats...... All of them were fresh, properly done, tasty.

For my visit there, I got a table beside the windows overlooking the streets and it was actually kind of relaxing and therapeutic to watch the morning light fall on Hanoi and the streets come to life. I was there really early - about 630am - after catching a night train at the nearby Hanoi railway station and it was certainly a refreshing way to start the day after a bumpy night.

The interior of the restaurant is trendy and I believe it got renovated not so long ago so everything is good and new. The service is also good, prompt and non intrusive.
