We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days. I even confirmed in writing after I made the booking to ensure the apartment was 2 bedroom. When we arrived, we were told that they only had two single rooms on different floors available. Or we could have an extra bed setup. The extra bed turned out to be a thin mattress on the floor - not really suitable for the manager of a Bangkok Hotel (who was our guest). They only gave us a $50 discount off the 10 days for not having our 2 bedroom available. The bathroom light didn’t work - they said they would send someone to fix it - but it was never fixed. We asked for a second key 3 times and we finally received it 6 days later. The safe didn’t work, so they had to bring a new safe, which wasn’t really safe, because you could just pick it up and walk out of the room with it! There was really bad 3D mould on the walls near the kitchen and if you turned the air con off - the mould smell was terrible. Hot water takes 5-8 mins to get hot and for 2 days we had no hot water at all. When our guest arrived - we got them a second room, because we could not ask them to sleep on the floor mattress. We were not offered any discount for the second room - considering all these issues. Our friend was on a different floor and the key only opens your own floor - so we could not visit each other. Had to meet on the ground floor each time. The front entrance closes at 10:30pm - we were not told this, so it was a big surprise when we came home and found the place all closed up. We had to call a number to get someone to come and open up for us. The staff were polite, however there were too many issues with this place.
