The service and food were outstanding. Manager Lee went above and beyond and truly made our experience worthwhile. The sights were very crowded but the onboard experience more than made up for it.
Great staff and an English speaking guide was very helpful.
It was our first cruise experience so we were all very excited. The ship was a 12 room ship which was good but not mind blowing as I thought cruise would be.
We felt the trip was over engaging with back to back things until evening. We could not get sufficient time to relax in the room to be honest. Started with lunch and then quickly getting ready for cave trip and then Ti Top Island visit. By the way beach at Ti Top Island is horrible with hundreds of tourists in a small beach spot. We didn't even get down in the water! I preferred playing beach volleyball instead with other visitors which was fun.
Back to cruise and then being called for tea/cofee and then again dinner at around 7pm. Next morning 7 we are called for light breakfast and then we leave for kayaking at 730. Kayaking was good by the way. We return at around 9 and then get 15-20 minutes to pack stuff and bath. By 915-920, we leave our luggage on Level 1 and proceed for brunch. They switched off the AC in the room at around 0920!
People with complete vegetarian food preferences with Indian taste will have tough time but the crew did their best to fulfil your needs. It was much appreciated.
Transport to and fro Hanoi was good and comfortable.
Having been to Krabi and Maldives before I felt it's not worth spending US$800 for 4 pax for a night here.
Amazing... A cruise through one of the most beautiful bays I have ever seen in my life.
The itinerary of activities is very well thought out so you can enjoy the boat, the sea and have free time to enjoy the views.
The cabin is first class with a white and gray wood decoration.
The staff is very nice and makes your trip an unforgettable experience. Besides the boat is barely for about 20 people, which makes your experience more personal.
It is something that I would doit again without thinking. This time 4-5 days.

El itinerario de actividades esta muy bien pensado para qué disfrutes del barco, el mar y tengas tiempo libre para disfrutar las vistas.
El camarote es de primera clase con una decoración de madera en color blanco y gris.
El personal es muy simpatico y hace de tue stadia una experiecia inolvidable. Aparte el bote es apenans para unas 20 personas, lo que hace tu experiencia más personal.
Es algo que volveria a hacer sin pensarlo. Esta vez 4 o 5 días.
Signature cruise was the highlight of our Hanoi visit. Our host Megan was friendly, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. Being a vegetarian I was really concerned, however I faced no troubles with the food at all. Food was delicious and delectable, loved the presentation. Activities were amazing, will keep you busy all the time. Visit to caves was quite good. Rooms were neat and beautifully decorated. Wifi was weak, but with such beautiful scene across you won't really miss it. Pick and drop was convenient, however, waiting time at the docks was way too much. We spent almost an hour at the dock, to and fro. They can rather plan some activity there to keep the guests engaged. When we reached our hotel, the very next day, there was a gift waiting for us in the reception. So thoughtful.
