Whilst the reception area and restaurant is impressive and the room size is good, the quality of the facilities is not becoming of four stars. That, coupled to the almost complete lack of English from the staff made it atypical of a truly good hotel. No, diet cold drinks or gin and tonic available in the restaurant!

My family had a short trip to Dalat. After enjoying in central Dalat city, we did book Terracotta Resort & Spa for our stop. It is said that this hotel is beautiful and clean as well as welcomed. We checked in around 12:25pm and we had a room after that. That was so great because we have a small kids...can not wait for room long time. This hotel has enough facilities such as spa, pool , gym, playing place for kids also.
Enterring this hotel you could enjoy the fresh air on early morning and feel so perfect.
Beside they have a shuttle bus service also 3 times per day from hotel to central city and back for free. You could contact directly to reception or concierge.
But one thing i feel not so good is ladies concierge have a lack of smile and they are sitting and seeing website much more than your work. I think you should improve this thing for concierges ladies.
After all, this hotel is one of the best choice if you would like to look for a place to relax. Highly recommend to everybody come and enjoy it.

Upgraded to a family connecting basement room, exceeded expectations. No air condition, but there is really no need for it. Woke up to pine trees and a beautiful lake with fresh air. For explorers who travelled from the city, there is no need to travel out to visit strawberry, vegetable, flower gardens, you can access those within resort. There is shuttle to the city from the resort, but otherwise you can take a taxi about +/- 100k VND. I stayed there on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised to come home with a birthday cake in my room. Thanks Terracota for the relaxing vacation for me and my family.

If you like to have peace and quiet then this is a perfect choice. We are happy to stay in this nice, friendly staff service, amazing hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds.Wifi is good, breakfast buffet is very nice, many kind of food, taste is good and flesh. It's 4 star hotel level Just improve on the english conversation since you have a lot of foreigners.i would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend!
