Nice room, great breakfasts, helpful staffs.
Especially the lake, the pine, very fresh air,... like paradise.

If you like to have peace and quiet then this is a perfect choice. We are happy to stay in this nice, friendly staff service, amazing hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds.Wifi is good, breakfast buffet is very nice, many kind of food, taste is good and flesh. It's 4 star hotel level Just improve on the english conversation since you have a lot of foreigners.i would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend!

Weather make Dalat become a new tourist destination. My friend strongly recommended this resort for my family holiday. We enjoyed our 3 nights here. A huge investment for infrastructure and quiet well maintained. The garden was so nature and beautiful. Really enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits in the resort’s garden. Roses on every dining table. Friendly & enthusiasm staff (bellman, bar attendant, room maid, landscaping). They just need more guidance from manager.
However, The managements/ owners should consider in improving middle manager’s skill. At checkin, the Room Division Manager at the lobby desk not greeting us when I gave her our passports. She might though that I was a tour guide??? and I had to say hello first. We would like to let some deposit for incidental charge, however, as she mentioned, our passports will be kept by the resort until we checkout (room was paid). Breakfast buffet quiet good comparing with other resort in this area. Most of staff didn’t have name tag. Managers always busy with their smartphones on hand and only staff taking care for the guest. Most of the restaurant managers (morning & night shift) have no eye contact to the guest, they might being to shy for conversation. Anyway, we happy during the stay and enjoyed the cool, fresh air within summer.

My wife and I stayed for 4 relaxing days at Terracotta. The hotel is 15 minutes outside the town but thankfully provided a shuttle into town about 4 times a day (which we used diligently everyday). Terracotta is a lakefront property with tranquil walking paths and patios. A separate building houses the pool, gym, recreation area and spa. There are 2 breakfast areas, indoor and outdoor, but due to numerous tour groups, very full and very hectic. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer motorbike rental. Datanla Waterfalls is only 5 minutes away and the rider controlled roller coaster was awesome. Overall Terracotta offers a clean and spacious room to explore Dalat. I would definitely return in my next visit

We booked a 3 bedroom villa for a week's stay through RCI for 5 adults. The location is scenic but the villa is poorly equipped especially in the kitchen. A few odd pieces of mis-matched crockery, no teatowels & dishcloths,frying pan unsafe (worn out) for use, insufficient tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils. We arrived late in the evening and it was a nightmare for a Senior with poor sight to make his way down the many steps leading to the villa. It was dark and the long pathway was on a slope.
The furniture in the living room is worn and shabby. Two days were spent adjusting the TV channels due to poor reception. The restaurant is a distance away and has a limited menu. This was a family trip of 3 generations but it was in no way leisurely for the Seniors as everyday was a rush to catch the shuttle to go to town for meals as relaxing meals at the villa was impossible due to lack of facilities and equipment. When I asked for a kitchen knife the staff said that they are not allowed to supply knives???It took two days of our stay for the TV to be adjusted due to poor reception.
