Was welcomed by a staff member that seemed tired. The staff the next day was very nice and service minded. Organised a motor bike rental for a fair price delivered to the hotel. The room was better than expected. Really nice and clean. Good placement right next to the bus station and not far from the cable car (walking distance). Did not hear any noise from the road or bus station. Easy to find the way to the city centre with a motor bike.

High on a hill and such a relief to escape the heat and turmoil of Saigon. Large room with two huge Queen size beds. .Scooters for hire on site. There in January and definitely 'Off Season'. They only did breakfast due to lack of clients - that was boring and nothing to shout about. However, glorious views over valleys and town and very convenient location. Five minute taxi ride to town and cost just £1. We had no idea there was a Bus Station nearby as we never heard a peep. The taxi's hover at the foot of the hill and arrive almost before you can take a step. The Staff do not speak English but we made ourselves understood and it was not a problem. They were friendly and did not stint on hospitality. Difficult for the disabled as there is a long flight of concrete steps down to the patio - could do with supports at either side so a person to help is needed. I would definitely stay here again because of it's lofty location which is like being in the Tyrol.

Room tip: ask for one with a balcony

I'll give you the bad first, which honestly isn't all that bad.
The reception desk speaks no english. Honestly they don't need to to be effective but it's very hard to ask everything with Google translator.
The hotel really seems like it's in the middle of nowhere and is a 10 min drive to the city center with the market and everything else.
I found 2 roaches in my room. And I mean big ones. That made me question how clean the room is.
And the beds are super hard. But... If you like hard beds, and roaches then you're in luck.

Regardless from the back of the hotel there is an amazing view. Of course you'll be left to figure this out on your own as nobody speaks english.
The grounds are actually very nice and larger then you might think. Over all, not s bad stay.

The hotel itself is nice, clean with beautiful view on mountains. however, because the location near the bus station and low price with large rooms, guests are terrible... Impossible to sleep, more noisy than the fish market, unbelieavable till midnight, aduls shooting louder then kids, sitting everywhere... And management doest give a care...

We were dropped off right outside the hotel by our bus driver from Saigon after we asked him on the way if he would do this knowing that the hotel was outside of town - its a good job we did...this is a bit of a walk from town 30-40 mins and I probably wouldnt choose this hotel again...just because of this and the fact that no one in the hotel spoke english and there are not many facilities around ie nowhere to eat on a night.

Despite these issues the hotel was really nice. Very new, Lovely rooms, Great shower, massive bed and very clean ...it just felt like it was in the wrong location and on most days we were the only people there so was a little eerie.

The location was not good for town etc but if you want to go to the cable car/pagoda and the Datanla waterfalls both are really easy to access on foot which made these two attractions really good days out for us.

Breakfast came with the price but we were restricted to Fried eggs each day.....done very well with some lovely crusty bread but 5 days off the same was enough!

I probably woundnt recommend the hotel purely for the reasons above. A lovely place but just in the wrong location

Room tip: Had a superior room with a very small balcony but two massive windows and awesome bed
