I work in "Phuc Khang Hotel", first of all I am very sorry for all inconvenience that you had met during your stay in our hotel. it's a shame to us because this is the first time such bad things happened at our hotel. I have checked again and on behalf of my staff I sincerely apologize.
Second, there is one more thing that I would like to make it clear, sir. We do not have any deal with any tour guide as you said, cause if that really happened, the room price would not be at that rate. As many others, we are not interested in "commission" and we will never charge it on our guests.
