“Amazing food and art under the one roof”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2014 via mobile

Came here not expecting the experience we got, had amazing food and dalat wine. Try the snowballs to start they were delicious! Also the curry was beautiful and the sweet and sour shrimp was amazing too. After dinner the owner hand painted for us, a technique that he taught himself, and we got to take the paintings home as a souvenir. It was one of the best meals we had in Vietnam so far and we have been to so many places... don't miss out on this place if you are in Dalat!

“try their specialties”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2014

I went here with a friend of mine. We both ended up ordering the same specialty of the house. Cheese filled pork rolls, with mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly.
The food came after 30 minutes and was very good! It was almost like a real european dish.
The place is nicely decorated with artworks from local artists. Also, check out the bathroom, as there is some crazy decoration as well.
Prices where around 80k for the main. It also seamed like they have a decent collection of wines!
Probably one of the best places to eat in Dalat.

“Nice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2014 via mobile

Nice room with beautiful arts. Each of us ate a starter (delicious rolls and balls with dips) and a main course. Like everywhere in dalat the food is a little bit too "european" but nevertheless good. The self made yoghurt is a must have!
White wine was average and the smoothie very good.

“Almost there”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 15, 2014

I like what they are trying to do with the place. I did enjoy the art and the staff were cool, but the food was lacking. It was a decent traveling experience if you like art and 'hip' cafes, but it was not fulfilling as a meal stop. I guess we should have just gotten coffee and left soon after.

“Friendly staff, great atmosphere, great food.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2014 via mobile

Having heard that this is the true Art Cafe, we made sure we didn't end up at the faux version and we were not disappointed by the genuine article. Astonishingly drinkable local wine, great local food and very friendly service. The stand out feature though is the amazing artwork, decoration and ambience. You could while away many hours here on the sofas drinking glasses after glass of glorious Excellence.
