We had a really nice evening here with our friends who said they had eaten here several times. They liked it more than other restaurants as there were more choices of dishes. The ambiance was restful and we were well taken care of throughout the whole evening meal. After we had finished our meal (to our surprise and pleasure) the artist came to our table and asked if he could paint a picture for us for free.. Of course we said yes! It was amazing watching him paint with ink on his fingers and a sponge for effect. A truly wonderful memory in Dalat City. We will definitely recommend the Art Cafe.

The restaurant is decorated with beatiful paintings of the owner, who is a very special artist. He developed his own method of finger painting and the result is stunning. The food and service are also excellent, and it was a great evening spent!

The food was good and the owner who is an artist painted us an amazing finger painting. We had a Rey nice dish for entree but I cannot remember it's name, but it is green and covered in what looks like rice bubbles. Sounds weird but the taste is amazing! The decor is cool, something a little different.

Service: superfriendly, really

Starter: fresh spring rolls, but these were the least tasty of the past 14 day's in vietnam.

Main course: fried chicken, we ordered it with mashed potatos and received french fries instead. Chicken was very dry.

For the bill, the food wasn't bad but after 2 weeks of dining in vietnam we expected more.
