This place is a real gem; if you have just traveled from say HCMC you can’t do any better. Beautiful gardens with great views of the lake, huge rooms with massive windows along with a balcony. Relax inside the cafe and maybe play the provided games or outside amongst the stunning garden. Given this is way outside of the town we recommend using a guide for a day to see the fabulous sites of Dalat. We spent a day with the driver from the airport called Viet, he was great.

This has been a real highlight of our travels around Vietnam.

Stayed here for the first time. Location is a bit out of the way. This is compensated by the tranquil nature of the hotel. Room size is big and generous. The balcony is large and offers good view. If you like to spend your vacation away from the city and traffic and human noise, this may be a good choice for a tranquil & home feel stay. Taxi for airport transfer costs VND 300,000 and about 160,000 to the city. Breakfast is so so. Did not try lunch and dinner as the menu is limited. Garden has lots of flowers with different varieties.

Axel and his wife do a wonderful job running this hotel. Rooms are clean with a beautiful view. You can rent a motorbike for $6 USD a day to get to Da Lat (about a 30 minute ride). They will coordinate airport shuttle for you and be all around great hosts. Thanks for a great stay!!

Chose this place because it was away from the city. It was precisely because of the location that we chose this hotel. The fresh air and lack of noise pollution. We were really impressed with Axel and his team's hospitality. He was very kind to give us a free ride to town on the first day. The boys would readily responded to all our requests or queries. Really like the rooms as it had big windows overlooking the lake. The food was good and delicious. Really liked the chicken leg and pasta we had for dinner last night. Laundry service was available at a very affordable rate. Lastly, the dogs were the major highlight for us. Loved playing with their dogs! Would come back anytime. Kenny and peisin.

We had a wonderful experience in Zen Cafe. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. He helped us book a water canyoning and the taxi peaked us from the place which was very comfortable.

The place is gorgeous. It has a feeling of an European chalet with beautiful view on Da lat mountains. Our room was super comfy and cozy with lots of windows and nice decor. It was a perfect place to spend two nights at. It was more of a suit then a room.

It's 15 minutes car ride to the center but totally worth it. Highly recommended!!
