“A bit rough in July”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

Very clean but wouldn't recommend visiting in July as its too rough to swim, especially with children. Still a lovely area to visit.

“Quiet and Relaxing Beach”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

You can literally have this beach to yourself. It's unspoiled and less crowded unlike Patong. So you can truly have a relaxing and quiet getaway just by laying at the sand.

“Peace on the beach”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

This beach is long, but not very deep especially during high tide. That's okay though, because you will have the whole beach to yourself. It's not deserted, but it is quiet. The perfect blend. You can have a Thai massage for 400 Baht while lying above the beach and looking over the ocean. The waves are strong, so be careful in the water.

If you are looking for a fraternity party, this is not the place. If you are looking for beauty, romance and relaxation, this is definitely the place.

“Huge stretch of sand”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

One of the most unspoilt beaches on Phuket as it is part of a designated national park area. They will charge admission to enter. the only downside is it is very close to the airport so every half hour or so the serenity is interupted by a low flying plane taking off or arriving - however if you like aircraft then this beach has everything! For a truly Thai experience sit under the shade of a tree just behind the beach and have a picnic - the local food stalls will actually provide you with a beach mat to sit on and stop the food getting sandy. There is nothing quite like being sat by the ocean and eating a freshly cooked bbq fish straight out of the sea!

“Perfect for couples who like some privacy”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

One of the quietest beaches in phucket, away from the crowd and noisiness. an endless stretch of white sand, the great thing about this beach that it's adjacent to phucket airport and in a spot the landing planes are passing directly above your head. be aware that it is far away from patong beach wich took us about 1 hour by motorcycles to reach there. but it's totally worth it for people who like a whole beach for themselves.
