i stayed it quite long ago, i remember the nice pool and swim-up bar.
room is modern style, for young people.
it is nice for family holiday so your children and you can really enjoy its pool.
the location is fine, not super convenient but not too difficult to get public transportation.
if you enjoy night life, the walking street is not far from the hotel.More

Nice Hotel - location not very great !
The Hotel is a favorites amongst Indians and even though I have visited Pattaya almost 20 times but somehow never stated here as I always like the beach road.
Location can be described as average as its 10 mins walk from Walking street and lot of Indian restaurants around but stil it lacks the charms of beach road.
We stayed in executive rooms - quite spacious and neat & clean.
Worst part is breakfast - horrible Indian breakfast - if they don't know how to make it - must avoid it.
Free wi-if is ok - speed not too good !
Overall an average experience and I would like to go back to my favourite beach road hotels again !

We stayed in this hotel from 24- 27 Dec2012, the rooms are big, neat and clean but service is pathetic.
There was no bell boy to attend to our luggage, they are money minded and do not even warm the food.
The will deduct your security if you do not have anything to pay for,without any rhyme and reason. Manager, Poiu is also waste lady.

Do not stay with cheaters as there are many good options.

Excellent Hotel
The stay was for 3days and 2 nights, excellet food, catered to your needs, Beautiful rooms and well maintained lobby, Plesant location, would rate it as above.
Clean and Neatly kept Swimming pools. Room Service was excellent.
If given an option to to choose hotel in pattaya this would be it.

Perfect Destination
I visited Pattaya in Aug 2012 as an official visit and stayed at Nova for 6 days. By the end of 6 days i decided that i will be celebrating my Year end 2012 at Pattaya staying at the same hotel. What a comfortable stay it has been. The hotel respects the Privacy of its guests, Hassle free bookings, Friendly and supporting reception desk, Beautiful Pool, Safe Stay, and perfect Housekeeping. My second stay was from 28th Dec 12 to 2nd Jan 13, and i have already decided that my third stay is going to be at Nova Platinum very soon.

Cannot complain about anything at the Hotel. It depends on what kind of stay it is. My stay was leisure and pleasure,without worrying mych about whats wrong around and i had all the support from Nova..

Good Job..Keep it up and we keep coming :)

Nice pool, good rooms
We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is reasonably up to date, though there was a funny smell in the halls and the rooms. The non-smokings room hadn't always been just that.
The bathroom was OK, with good water pressure and temperature.

The pools are beautiful, well-maintained and with an exccellent in-pool bar. Breakfast was OK, with various different dishes.

The hotel is in a busy street and it is a 5 minute walk to Walking Street. There is not much to do in the area apart from that.
