We understand that there were some concerns about your stay with us and your comments have been forwarded to the customer service department.
Please understand that we strive to meet the demands of all our clients, however challenging this can be. After all, there are certain circumstances that one must accept when travelling and staying in Thailand. Some things are, undoubtedly, beyond our control. One of these things is how often the local authorities collect the garbage.
We do make it quite clear in all our advertising channels that the check-in is at our office and after the check-in process, you will be shuttled to your villa by our service staff. The staff were very busy at the time your friend left his shirt in the villa, but we were informed that you had retrieved the shirt by yourselves, so we felt it was not necessary to bother you with a call to re-confirm what we already knew.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the negative issues you pointed out to us and we hope we can be of service in the future.
