had a brilliant stay at this hotel, i booked the room for 3 weeks for me my partner and our 2 children..the room was very big and clean. we were given fresh bottles of water every day, had cleaners in everyday with fresh towels. a fantastic pool, great location if you dont mind a ten minute walk to the beach, staff are very friendly and helpfull,i would reccomend to anybody to come to this hotel..

Room tip: we stayed in the grand suite, 2 rooms both with en-suite bathrooms and kingsize beds, not noisey and fantastic space for the children to play, great kitchen facility for all your needs.. on the 3rd floor so great sun in the evening ..

Had a wonderful time at the property. We took a 2 bedroom suite and it was big enough apartment with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had all the cutlery and appliances which you might need with young children. Though a bit away from scene of action, still highly recommended for families.

Only gave one towel, charged for extras, even for items not used at the honor bar and wouldn’t remove them at checkout.

We spent our final days in Thailand at the Four Seasons Place in Pattaya. We booked into a suite for approximately $62 a night. The suite was very large with separate sleeping and living areas and I have to say that we both found the bed to be the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed at during our 1 month trip. The tv was a newer flat screen with a few channels each for those who speak other languages. Microwave, stovetop, full fridge with freezer were all present. They also provide free Wifi, which is often a selling feature for me.

Although our view left much to be desired, I noticed that there are rooms looking down into the pool area. I'd suggest asking for one of these.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Pattaya and is a good distance away from Beach Ave and Walking Street. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. It was sometimes quite the chore to get down to Beach Ave, Walking Street, etc as the baht buses dont run up this far. The hotel did however offer to drive us down into the touristy areas if their shuttle was available.

It was clear to us that the management actually has an interest in the performance and care of the property. We received a welcome letter on arrival, a cold refreshing towel and a welcome drink. We were also asked to honestly review the property and point out any deficencies. Normally we wouldn't take this much time to point things out as we enjoyed our stay but we did see the potential for the Four Seasons to become run down if maintenance is not kept up.

The shower was large and comfortable but we noticed that black mold was growing on the walls of the enclosure. It's hard to see as the walls are dark but when you take a good look, you can see it growing throughout. Secondly, we noticed things hanging down from the corners of the ceiling in a few areas. These turned out to be bug casings. Let me say that this is NOT a big deal, it just seemed that these areas were neglected because they either weren't seen or were hard to see. The hotel is done up with nice detailing ie: crown moldings, recessed lighting, etc. What I would suggest is that these hard to see/clean areas be monitored and management make a point of inspecting the rooms regularly as they do in Canadian hotels.

The minibar - as with most hotels we found that the prices for items within the minibar were excessive. This wasn't a huge problem for us as a 7-11 was right outside the door. What I don't understand is why hotels don't lower their minibar prices to sell at least something as opposed to nothing. We stayed at several hotels on this 30 day trip and found only 2 that were wise enough to keep their minibar prices low enough to encourage their guests to purchase items from them instead of going elsewhere.

All in all we found Four Seasons Place to be the most comforatable of our hotels but too far away from the areas we liked to frequent. If, however, you are seeking peace and quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms at a good price, we highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: As for a room with a pool view.

Four Seasons is the place to stay for great accommodation. Quite not on the beach but the property and staff make up for it. I am a repeat customer. The hotel rooms are very spacious and nice and the hotel is Guest friendly.Alot of the reviews i seen on this hotel said the location is a little far from the " action" ....that may be true but right outside the hotel there is a taxi bike rank who will bring you anywhere for 20-60 baht or take a taxi to go to beach road and to walking street. the hotel also provides a free shuttle service. Overall the the hotel is a excellent value for money.
