Stayed here for a week. The room I had was clean and service was good. Breakfast was included and was a definite plus.
The room I was assigned was in the old wing and I would rate it as a two star accommodation. It was freshly painted but bathroom was circa 1970's. My window provided a great view of the wall of the building next to the hotel.
The pool area was excellent and the overall security was good.
Location was in the midst of the nightlife and consequently noisy untill the wee hours of the morning.

Our first stay in this excellent hotel. Ideally located on Soi 7,in the centre of the Pattaya night life............ ....We found the staff always helpful and friendly................... Our room in the new wing was very clean, comfortable and serviced every day. .............. The excellent breakfast was served till 1 pm. with a selection of Thai and European food.............. The roof top pools were never to busy, clean, with a swim up bar serving exotic cocktails and snacks............the views over Pattaya are amaizing from the roof top............we have just booked again for April 2013. A reasonably priced hotel and well worth a stay.

Booked hotel based on reviews and was pleased. The staff is friendly and speak English well. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The rooftop pool is nice and was a great place to watch the fireworks on the beach.
The included breakfast is buffet style. Good selection but food is sometimes cold. The rooms facing the street can be loud at night.
