Stayed there for 2 nights with garden view. The room was quite small, but i liked the bed size and the mattress (super confortable). The decoration and finishes of the entire hotel seems to be little old.
The service was good, not any surprise when we're talking about Thailand.
Recommendable to people that enjoy quiet and relax holidays.

We booked a hotel though Ensogo and we called to confirm a room about 1 week before our holiday.

We ended up waiting for our room at the lobby for about 2-3 hours while they were painting their wall. U can imagine how bad was the smell, right?
So I've got a bad synus from that day and totally ruin the trip for us.

We demanded that we want our money back and we will look for other hotel cause we couldnt take it anymore.
We tried to talk to the employers that we want to talk to the manager because the staff were not helpful.

The first manager didnt wannna talk with us. He/she tried to aviod us.
And then the next manager came to work and she tired to make us feel good by upgrad our room to honeymoon suite. It was not worh it cause my synus couldnt get any better.

So we will not go back there anymore for sure

Booked a group of 15 for 2 nts stay ( 3-5 Sept)..

They were very kind to accord us an early check in at 10.15 am when the check in time is supposed to be 2 pm.

The hotel is nestled a bit away from the Pattaya town center madness ( about 10 mins) but the lobby is tastefully done and rooms are quite spacious and have all required amenities.

Had a pre-set lunch at the Chom Talay and the food was quite good.

The only gripe was that the time of our stay some back side rooms had construction in progress so this resulted in some noise but I personally did not experience this.

Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choice.

wi-fi is payable and it is about time hotels offer this complimentary.

They have a shuttle service to the city center( 10 mins drive) . A nice pool facing the sea..Looked very inviting but could'nt try this.

Ask for the sea facing rooms ( the view is gorgeous).

Bathroom showers had excellent water pressure so great to shower and energize.

All in all a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Ask for sea facing rooms.

Stayed here for 2 nights in ocean view room . Room was comfortable and had good lightings, but little bit small, special wash room . Basic amenities in the bathroom, and was worthwhile to point out that the shower was great as the water pressure was good and hot. WiFi was available for a fee. Bed was fine. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but service was very slow. Although the front desk staffs don't speak English very well, but still polite to answer all your questions. They are so kind to give your idea about whole the city, half or one-day tours package. The hotel is a bit far out from the main street, and shuttle bus wasn't good enough. Timing are limited, and route also limited. It's better to rent a motorcycle......... Nice swimming poor with a built-in lounge. The fitness without sauna

Room Tip: any room has ocean view

This resort and spa is situated in the quiet point of North Pattaya. Splendid view of Gulf of Thailand and Sanctuary of Truth, the Gigantic Wood Castle with exclusive view from the private beach in front of the hotel without any road blocked.

Hotel itself was decorated in Thai Contemporary style to represent Thainess and sensual of Thai culture and hospitality. Oceanic pool also delivered a feeling of swimming in the ocean with separated kids pool and main pool. And pool access room is also one of the gimmick for this hotel.

Jin Spa was a remarkable spa with gold massage for rejuvenating and releasing all stresses with professional massage and spa treatments.

Restaurants were delivering a memorable vacation with variety of foods. Especially, Chom Talay, the exotic cuisine for unforgettable dinner on the exclusive view of gulf and wood castle.

Room was gorgeous and comfortable to stay with cleanliness and provided facilities. And friendly staffs are welcoming and assisting in professional way of service.

Staying with friends and family are recommended. Staying with lover is the most recommended place.

Room Tip: Pool access is recommended for couple. Front view high floor is a tips to request
