When the Australian winter gets you down there is no better remedy than 3 or 4 weeks at the Mercure Pattaya . Khun Toh efficiently took care of our booking and the reception staff could not be more courteous.The Baggage boys were all very obliging and our room was beautifully presented and the cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed our leisurely breakfasts and would recommend Mr Mongkelhais omelettes.We also had lunch and dinner many times and rate the food and setting as excellent ,our thanks to the Chef Note and his staff and also to Pornchai ,Aui and all the friendly waiting staff.
We also spent a lot o time relaxing at the pool and could not have had better service thanks to Job,Toey .Bounce.
Cedric Lafargue is a very quite achiever and a great asset to your Hotel,he really makes sure everyone is fully satisfied.

Apart from bad tv reception in rooms for first few days,it has been an an pleasant experience overall in Pattaya at Mercure Hotel.
Tv reception was rectified by the technician .Breakfast was good with lot of variety.Rooms on high floors have excellent views overlooking the pool.Air conditioning of this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in my life as the temperature can be set to 5 degree C.Overall a very pleasant experience for a 3 star quality hotel at an affordable price range.Will stay again in this hotel.Recommended 3 star hotel for travellers as it is part of accor hotel group and they maintain their standards throughout the world.
