This resort is ideally located at the end of the walking street. It has a nice restaurant opposite the resort- which is expensive but worth the dinner and the live entertainment. Great breakfast selection.
No stand alone shower in the bathroom. Service is very good. Great location if you want to explore the walking street in the evening. Staff were friendly and very helpful. More

Went inside and asked where the restaurant was as I was meeting my friend, there was a staff member playing on her phone and didn’t take any notice, when I asked again she shrugged and carried on playing with her phone (name tag Yu). There were two men working with her who did not help, one of them spat on the ground, the name badges M and Anan. Decided to skip the restaurant and head to the bar. The only saving grace was Tor, who made some great cocktails.
I think some of the staff here need training in customer service!

Everything is nice we came here so many times we got the room the grouNd floor with pool view , the staff so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Thankful for Kirin and Golfy the take care us we will come back soon.

Did not stay in hotel, rather spent a day at this luxury resort property , sat by the pool, enjoyed lunch, walked the Walking Street and then towards ferry terminal. Beach here is not for swimming , a lot of boating activity. Resort staff was gracious, food was delicious,

Siam Bayshore is an old hotel in Pattaya. But surprisingly, I didn't feel old-fashioned here. The building and decor are always classic and contemporary.
Kirin, the hostess here, serves us like a relative with politeness and sincerity. The general staff at the hotel are professional.
The impressive thing aside from the location and service Is the scent of Thai fragrant wood that scent throughout the area of Siam Bayshore.

All staff are friendly, service minded, flexible and go a long way to meet guests' wants and needs. This applies to Saran Nimihut (General Manager), Pawich Chokkanlayanee (Room Manager), Nina (Reception Manager), Wasnesa (Food and Bewerage Manager) and all their employees.
The hotel is as described on their website. It is surrounded by a large garden in which there are three smaller lakes with carbs (fish feed can be purchased in the pool bar for 20 THB). The garden causes no noise from the city / traffic.
In the evening, a piano player entertained in the area between the reception and the restaurants, immediately following the happy hour at the bar.
There are different types of rooms, we stayed in a really nice and spacious room (deluxe with pool view). The cleaning is good.
There are three restaurants (international, Thai and barbecue buffet) at the hotel. The international restaurant has a large breakfast buffet (including Thai, Japanese, American, European and English breakfasts). All the food we were served had a high quality and was extremely tasty.
All in all, we had 14 fantastic days at this hotel, not least thanks to the staff.
I can highly recommend this resort.
