I stayed with my family here for 4 days during this Christmas. The hotel is located at the middle of city and also very close to sea. Rates are also very affordable. Rooms are comparatively big. But I still can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Service is horrible. Bathroom/toilet is dirty. My wash basin was blocked but never cleaned up even after several complains. Hotel staffs are very unfriendly. Never expect a smiling face. They even charged me seperately to provide clean toiels.

I stayed at 2012.august for 5 days. I think prices are avarage maybe good. because I do not want breakfast included. in all the daytime I was go out for visiting templetures or zoos. employees are not bad. they behave me and my lady friends fine. the hotel is not away from walking street. you can walk in 6-7 mins to walking street. breakfast is not special but not bad. I think little expensive(5-6 usd) because you can eat unlimited sea food for 10 dollar at dinner.probably I will stay in this hotel next time when I go to pattaya.

The first impression was actually good when we reach the hotel compound after we passed by pattaya town as the Hotel Exterior was actually big and grand. However, things was not as it seems in the interior as the hotel was old and a little eerie.

The room was clean overall, however the lightnings was very dim which was not so comfortable feeling. The toilet was even dimmer and the shower and water supply was terrible. The pipe water has corroded smell and shower was not working very well.

Well for around $50USD a night for two, including breakfast, it is very hard to fault this place. Stayed for a week in august as "mature" travellers who could have afforded better but just wanted a place to refresh. The comments about the rude staff don't meet with my experience. All were very pleasant to me. Location is great. Rooms are spacey with a nice balcony view on the seaside. Pool area is pretty good. The lifts are a bit slow and I'd suggest that the breakfast cooks need to be replaced, but all up it's a very decent place to stay. If people want 5 star accomodation then they should be prepared to pay 5 star prices. I paid a 1&1/2 star price for say a 3&1/2 star place. All up, very happy with the value and would return.

Was an ok place to stay. Rooms were ok, breakfast was average, Staff were ok to deal with. Not the best but I guess if you are out most of the day it was alright to come back to sleep. Also to add swimming pool was nice and clean.

Terrible service and amenities. The hotel is so old and the lift is very long to wait. There are only 2 old and noisy lifts those seemed to be able to break down any moment, there are around 200 rooms in this hotel but they have only 2 lifts of maximum 6 people with very slow speed. I do not understand the reason why the hotel manager never change this? They may never pay any attention to the customers' reviews.
The breakfast is very normal. It looks big and with many dishes but those dishes are not to eat but maybe just for display.
Overall, never come to this hotel if you are on a vacation to this city.

What can I say positive about this property??? Horrible service. Very rude staff. Rooms seemed like they would break apart anytime. To get the elevator is like a miracle. Ive even waited upto 20 mins for it. The possible only good thing is that the pool was clean and the man incharge of the pool was the only courteous person there. Do not stay here....
