The hotel is at a nice location, just a walk across street takes you to Patong Beach.... main attractions in Pattaya like alcazar show and Pub road at 5 minutes walk... many options nearby including those of Indian restaurants, Thai and chinese food, MacD and many local pubs too....

although hotel building is interestingly designed like a Cruise shaped apartment, but that makes it impossible to get the sea view from any of the rooms.... a big Minus....
otherwise the hotel is good... for Sea view lovers there is another wing in the backside of the hotel where you get a nice balcony view of the sea....

breakfast is very nice and has plenty of options.... although due to large no of guests hotel can accommodate, it feels a bit over crowded specially between 7-8 AM....

overall amenities are good but big issue is that hotel does not offer Free WiFi at room... only available in the lobby and common areas of hotel...

staff extremely arrogant and does not appear to bother about customer satisfaction or feedback either...

Overall a decent hotel, with nice location and amenities which can be preferred.... but could prove great if they improve in key areas like service and WiFi...

Room Tip: Ask for a new wing room at the backside of Hotel.... New wing rooms are quieter and offer an excelle...

Recently, F3 group of Kesari Tours in which I am one of the member stayed in this hotel. The hotel was selected by kesari tours. However, during our stay, few members were cheated by this hotel blaming many things by hotel. They took huge charges for ex. towels which was not kept in room was charged 800 THB, Napkin -500THB, a small 2/3 mm spot of leapstick on bedsheet - 300 THB... and many more.. from our group members. It is a surprise for us for which our group was victimised that they have not done. They took our advantage because we have to reach to airport in time so just before our departure they start blaming and finally they threatend our group to call Police. It is my advise not to select such hotel because they may spoil our mood of holiday. We all made complains in Kesary and now the kesari group is also not selecting this hotel for their tours at thailand.

This is ordinary hotel made in shape of boat from front. Rooms are average. If you stay in main wing then also no view from room. New wing is worse than that(on back side). Hotel management want to robe Indian guests in many ways and beware if you are in this property. This hotel is too far from main attraction of Pattaya and I will not suggest this hotel to anyone as there are better and cheaper choices all around in Pattaya.

I had stayed here for a couple of nights in April 2013. My room was on the top floor, but not in the main hotel but adjacent wing across the road. The view from the room was fantastic.

My room had a small balcony overlooking the beach. The room was decent size but was crowded for space. The small sit-out in the room increased the volume of the room and the air-conditioning was not powerful to cope with it. It used to get very hot in the afternoons and in the night.

The hotel has three lobbies and each lobby has it's own log-in id and password for wifi. The hotel provides free wifi in the lobby only. Thus, as one walked from one wing to another, we had to constantly change the id's for accessing wifi.

The main wing of the hotel is built like a cruise ship and looks good. The hotel is located on the main beach road and is about 2 km away from walking street. The Alcazar show is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast spread in the hotel is very good. Unlike other hotels, we could have cappuccino, cafe latte etc as part of buffet breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants offering Indian food within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

All in all, a decent place to stay but the room would be small if one were to travel with family. Also, the air conditioning was not up to mark. But the view from top floor rooms is fantastic.

Room Tip: Try to get a room in the main hotel and on the top floors, over looking the beach.

The theme of this hotel is like a Ship, stationed by the sea side. The property is newly constructed and located on the beach road. Breakfast has a wide spread of American / continental and Indian cuisine. Overall I'll like to come back once again.

Room Tip: Go for the 1st deck i.e the old wing which is in the front side and closer to the sea.
