I planned a visit to Pattaya and stay at The Bay View Hotel.
I had an excellent experience in getting my reservation done for a future trip in September.
The Reservations Assistant Manager, Ms Jibi is really marvelous in handling my query and answering all my questions.
Jibi is very professional and fully receptive in explaining to me all the available options and the terms of booking. She went out of her way to advise me on alternative options.
I believe the reservation team headed by Jibi deserves an applause.
I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with such a nice team to friends and colleagues.

Nice Stay.

We stayed in a sea view room in June, 2019. The beach is just 2-3 minutes walk across the road. The best experience was the large swimming pool and the breakfast spread. Stay at a higher floor to have a better view of the sea.

Excellent

Lovely view.. good staff .. nice clean ...hotel is very good..we enjoyed the swimming pool .. we planed to stayed more next year again...bed is very soft.. every things is good ..u can enjoyed the thai food ...

Beautiful hotel in a great location with gorgeous views! :)

You'll feel like you're a VIP staying here as they welcome you with yummy drinks and a sweet dessert (macaroon) and then you see the beautiful view into the pool and then just around the pool and other building is the beach! Rooms are very nicely decorated with lots of ocean colors and have a fantastic view! Pool area is so relaxing and nice that they will take orders for drinks or snacks. We also ate at the Cadillac Bar & Cafe which is just in front of the hotel and it was amazing! Great location for beach, restaurants and shops! Only thing I'd change is to have bigger bathrooms in the rooms, but with such a gorgeous view it would not deter me from staying there again! Highly recommend! :)

Nice and friendly hotel

Lovely staff and well maintained hotel create nice atmosphere. Cheerful swimming pool area with children facilities. Easy access with only steps away from the beach. Bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast with good variety.
Sure we will be back if we are in Pattaya.
