This is the worst hotel ever ..please dont even think of booking it for cheaper rates,hotel reception is vry rough not hospitable , very small rooms no space,no normal amenities like soap,tea,coffee,shampoo given..they even charge tourust people for false reasons n take unnecessary advantages of being local..overall too bad

The hotel is on the main road between Pattaya and Jomitien beach.
The hotel is value for money if you intend to stay just a couple of days looking for a more up market hotel.
The staff are very good and attentive but the hotel situation is just too far from either Pattaya or Jomitien but is served well by the local baht bus and motorbike taxi. Standards are adequate for the prices paid, just would not like to make it a base for 1or 2 weeks.

Stayed here in early January 2019. Nothing spectacular and in all honesty, it was okay for the one night we spent in Pattaya. Located in the heart of the gay district, the hotel was okay-ish, with average breakfast. Room was tiny. On arrival the Porter tried to assist us with getting the safe to work to no avail. In the end he opted to give us a metal key with which to operate the safe. Pattaya was a bit bland and over-hyped so I doubt whether I will return there anytime soon. If I happen to travel in that direction, I will be sure to stay in a branded resort.
The room wasn't ready at 14.00 when the check in starts. The next morning I discovered why as the staff were sitting behind the trolley on their phones rather than cleaning. Lazy like most Thais. This hotel claimed to be recently refurbished but even a amateur decorators would have done a better job. Apart from the dirt on the walls, holes in the walls, shower fittings that don't connect properly or the drainage system that doesn't work . I would say this place is lower of the lowest budget hotels. It mostly welcomes travellers from India and Russia so drunk behaviour, bringing prostitutes at nights disrespecting others. People swim in their underwear and never heard to shower first before swimming in a pool. I will never recommend this place and will not stay again. after complaining the hotel send me an email saying " and your point is?" lol
This hotel is located very close to Pattaya beach. The best thing I liked about this place is its infrastructure and its penthouse rooms. If you take a penthouse room you have a dedicated swimming pool access. Hygiene is super and the hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Great hotel for budget stay.
