In no other place in the World are you likely to witness such intricate art form carved entirely from wood. The whole temple is based on a number of cultural beliefs and values, but it is not over the top. Engage a guide to explain the finer points of the temple and its history. As years go on, the ability to maintain this work of art in its original form will become more difficult as the woods used are plundered. There are a number of side attractions such as elephants, birds and animals to vary the experience.

I went during early in the morning to visit this temple in north Pattaya (morning not so hot). It is located near the beach and it is worth a visit. I felt better and healthier after the visit.

The place is absolutely stunning with some amazing views of the temple over the tree tops. There was some slight construction occurring but it made it all the more interesting to be able to see the artisans hard at work making some breath taking carvings. At 11:30 there was a little show occurring with some Thai dancing and combat, it was very interesting with a humorous twist and some audience participation that you would not expect. Overall we highly recommend this!

This sanctuary is stunning and well worth the visit, they are still carrying out work so expect to be handed a hard hat for the visit! It is interesting to watch the craftsmen at work and the slightly higher entrance price keep the crowds to a minimum, be prepared to maybe hire clothing if you are not dressed accordingly. We didn't have the time to wander round the rest of the site but it appeared it had much more activities than just the temple if you wanted to make a day of it
