It is a Thai style hotel and rooms are basic with a good view on the pool and restaurant for breakfast is well located and looking at the pool. In general it is a good hotel for what you pay.
Good Points:
1- pool is amazing and big
2- breakfast is good, but the same every day
3- staff at breakfast are good and friendly
4- Bar at the pool is so good
5- good location, but you have to walk to get out to the main street where you can have tuk tuk to anywhere.
Bad points:
1- Reception staff are not professional at all and not helpful also, they don't know good English and they can't help you with maps or what are the good trips in Pattaya and what to avoid, they don't have the thai hospitality.
2- Also, we had early check out which was before the breakfast and we requested at night to have our breakfast early next morning from the reception guy and he told us it was a short notice.More

valued and comfortable
According to the price, it is valued . Good location , just get on a Tuk tuk ( Pattaya Taxi ) and easy to city where many restaurants and places to massage . Large and beautiful pool.
Breakfast provides much food . Standard room with a balcony . Clean and comfortable.
It is recommended to whose who wants to spend less .

Choose carefully
Just a point of note we have been visiting Thailand for 14 years now and never experienced this before. I feel the only good point would be the pool area is as nice as in the pictures, apart from that the hotel has more negatives than positives, On arrival at check in despite a booking for a 2x superior bungalows we were told there were none but after 10 mins of discussion and the loss of so much sweat as no air condtioning in that area just ceiling fans which were useless, they found 2x bungalows and informed us there was going to be major renovation work taking place form 9th May . The bungalows were far from superior actually very basic and in need of major updating and TLC, maybe part of the renovation work to take place who knows as bungalow behind was demolished the day we left and pool area was having tiles removed so lots of noise. Poll barman is rude and cheeky which is unusual for Thai people. I mentioned this at reception and they seemed to have no interest so i let it pass thinking one off he's had a bad day We didn't know prior to booking as would have never booked but, the hotel caters for the Russian package holiday maker and the majority are the most dour, miserable, unpleasant, arrogant and horrible people you will ever meet on your travels. No all, but a lot just buy Thai whiskey from the supermarket and get drunk around the pool and treat Thai's very badly. I think staff poor because of the Russian's who come lets hope not all Thai's get like this?

stayed here for 4 days in March .pleased it was only 4 days
We booked 2 bungalows on arrival we were told the bungalows were not available we would have to stay in the main hotel.after complaining they managed to find us 2 bungalows. Wished they hadn't bothered. They were full of ants, the air con was rubbish, the room was dirty, valance on the bed had never been changed for months it was very dirty.they were pulling the bungalow down behind ours and I think the one we were stopping in would be next . The pool was half closed off as they were doing repairs on it which was quite noisy. I ordered an ice cream from the pool bar and I'm still waiting for it .the attendant who gave the pool towels out was very rude when asking for a clean towel he told me to come back tomorrow.we have been to Thailand many times and were not expecting luxury for the price we paid but this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in

Old, tired,but good pool
Stayed in April 2013 for 3 nights, 2 adults 2 teens in interconnecting rooms. We received a welcome drink on arriva lwhich was nice and then walked a long way to the back of the resort to our rooms which were basic , old and very smelly;a musty smell.,the switch for the light was hanging out of the wall which was very dangerous. We asked for another room but none were available until the next day. Staff did place an electric air freshener in our room. I guess lots of people complain, that is why they had one of these. We bought incense when we went shopping. We did not see any cocroaches, thank goodness Ended up staying in this room as it was just for a few nights and the others were no better although they were painting one just up from ours and putting in wooden flooring so ask for a refurbished one when booking. The pillows are high and rock hard. You may want to bring your own if you like a soft one. We enjoyed the pool although you could not get a towel to use for it in the evening as it was closed . The towels in the rooms were threadbare and stained.We did not mind the breakfast. It was typical of most Asian type brekkies with lots of things Aussies would prefer to eat for dinner eg. rice and noodle dishes. We did not see any other Aussie travellers here. Most were Russian which is the clientelle in this area. They liked to stake claim to the pool chairs early in the morning even though they did not use the area until later in the day! At the pool you can borrow novels left by previous guests. I only found one in English. There is a fantastic Pancake Man at the end of the street. He makes them on his cart in the evenings, you can have banana,chocolate, mango etc. Also a great coffee shop with very delicious cakes close by at Woodlands Resort. You can walk from here to Alcazar the ladyboy show which was stunning and also a big shopping mall.There are markets all around at night and there are two 7/11 stores to get water etc.very close. You need to catch a taxi to walking street, we are good walkers and it was a fair way through the crowded streets.We would not stay here again.We would find a newer ,cleaner hotel.

cheap and cheerful
myself and a friend stayed at this hotel in september 2012 we werent sure what to expect as it was our first time in thailand the hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside but once we had checked in we were taken down some steps where there was a lovely clean pool the room was very large and spacious we only had room only as eating out in pattaya is very very cheap the hotel was very clean and well maintained with workers constantly looking after the gardens around the pool area a good tip if youre not sure about eating thai food is to turn right outside the hotel gates walk about 5mins to the main road where you will see a small bank where you can change youre money look across the road where there is a sports bar that do all english food at very cheap prices you need to go with a very open mind when visiting pattaya as some of the ladys and ladyboys can be very full on but myself and my friend felt very safe walking around together at night i woul stay at this hotel again without a doubt.
