Rooms are dark, paint peeling off, horrible service. If your travel agent books you into Beverly Plaza, switch hotels asap. Service is categorised on basis of your skin colour. But, how does it matter if the levels of service are worse & worst. Now onto details, bathroom faucets were leaky, the tub floor was discoloured and the food was at best edible.

for indians, there are different meals and restaurant though they offer complementery breakfast. for other country citizen they will be treated at swimming pool side restaurants and special breakfast menu. rooms are in poor quality staffs. but you will get a large list of "fines" if you break or lost any listed items, which is really embrassing at first sight. Aircons are working so so. I have to visit once in every two months for my business purpose. This I got the worst service in Pattaya.

stayed several times out of compulsion from travel company group bookings, location & easy night life access are the only plus points, otherwise- the lift, rooms,toilettes are really outdated & needs renovation seriously. The hotel doesnt have a triple bedroom, once we were given an old damaged camp cot for our 3rd person, where we couldnt even walk around in the room due to lack of space, it was a disgusting experience.
