Service was the best in Pattaya
Rooms were large with large flat screen TV, free films, interfaced youtube and internet all free.
Food amazing could not fault it, again the best in Pattaya.
Hotel manager Orachorn could not do enough to make my stay perfect.
I have stayed in all the 5 star hotels in Pattaya and this is by far the best. Looking forward to my next visit.
Myself and my family recently spent a night at the Wave Hotel on beach road in Pattaya and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I could recommend to anyone with kids. The Hotel is recently built and the rooms are brand new and very comfortable and spotlessly clean - my young son particularly enjoyed the big bath that he decided was the second swimming pool !
The staff were extremely friendly and took good care of my son as he was running around the pool and we were able to relax and enjoy a drink overlooking Pattaya Beach.
We have absolutely no complaints about this Hotel and we will be future visitors when we take time off to relax in Pattaya - only small suggestions to the Hotel :
- Water pressure in the bathroom showers needs boosting
- Having female " Bellboys " is a nice touch but I just could not let a 50KG girl
carry our suitcases !
The location was very convenient as it is only 50 metres from Central Mall that has cinemas and extensive shopping opportunities that my family took full advantage of.

Rooms are beautiful service is perfect!!! The hotel is located in very center of pattaya. You just walk to the famous shopping mall like The Central Festival or if you are looking entertainment and nightlife you also can walk around comfortably. If u need peace while you are relaxing in a crowded city like Pattaya you can just laying down in your own bed because the room can protect you from noise pollution well.

This hotel is very new - not yet out of its soft opening phase - but it has the potential to be one of Pattaya's finest properties. The 'Miami-style' pastel colours of the low-rise building stand out from the relentless uniformity of the seafront. At just four levels, it doesn't dominate, but it does stand out.
The staff are efficient and extremely eager to please, and the rooms are excellent, with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, which to me are the mark of a hotel's quality. The rooms are not overly big, but certainly spacious enough, and enjoy uninterrupted views over Pattaya's main beach. The bathroom - big tub and separate shower - is an open affair, although there is a sliding door which can close off the bedroom area from view.
One notable positive is the sound-proofing. Pattaya's Beach Rd is a frenetic thoroughfare at the best of times; add to that the noise of jetskis and speedboats and it can be very disturbing. At Wave, only the faintest of sounds come through the window/balcony.
The style of the hotel is Art Deco-ish, but with eccentric pieces of family collectables ranging from mannequins to wooden ten pins it is not easily defined.
I haven't eaten dinner here yet, but breakfast is very good, with an interesting selection of a-la-carte entries for the (very) big eater.
With new properties there are always issues while things are bedding in. Here the large-screen TV reception is a bit hit-and-miss, and there have been problems with my phone system, but these are minor quibbles. The boutique-sized Wave is a refreshing change from the cookie-cutter familiarity of big hotels in Pattaya.
