We visited this restaurant on the day we arrived in Pattaya for dinner.
I cannot think of single good thing to say about this restaurant.
It was empty when we arrived, we were the only guests, while other restaurants nearby were packed. Asked something about the menu and the waitress taking our order, was literally barking a reply to our utter disbelief .Very rude, round faced Nepalese looking girl. What an attitude !!!
In India, there is code of conduct, according to ancient scriptures, which says "Athithi Devo Bhava" which translates to "guest is god".In this hotel the meaning of the above phase is totally lost.
Now, I think we should have just walked out , at that juncture, but we were so very tired from a long day.
We went to wash our hands, there was a dirty rag on the edge on the washbowl, was wondering why. I didn't have to wait very long to see why...Surprise.....even with a small movement of the tap, there was big gush of water, splashing all round. Unregulated water pressure in the tap, you see...
There were 2 toilets, in the ladies, both out of order...
The meals were overpriced and very ordinary-nothing to talk home about.
At least 3 large Televisions, offered blaring , unwanted entertainment, for us- the travel weary.
The hotel staff, had their eyes totally glued to the TV's
All in all an experience , we could have done without .
There is something radically wrong in this place-AVOID...
Our worst restaurant visit in Thailand.
