The room was large, clean and spacious however the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming as was another room I looked at. The hotel is extremely close to the bars and the accompanying day/nightlife. Wifi worked well. Stayed one night then moved on.

Stayed here for approx 4 weeks, in August.....and will be coming to stay again very soon, as previously stated by other reviewers the location is excellent and quiet....there is a cheap laundry a short distance 20yards away, and baht bus will run regular from outside to take you where you want.
Rooms are new and clean and very big....cleaned to an excellent standard and ALL the staff are very helpful and courteous at all times.
My only slight complaint would be moderate to slow Internet speed in hotel, maybe 3 mb/s but it is free however I am a bit of a downloader so that is why I am disappointed in this. But overall great hotel and location and I personally would recommend 100%
My second visit here for Sonkran. First visit April 2011 & again April 2012. New Building. Very clean and very cheap :-) Rooms are huge. Service is great. Location is good also. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool on the top of the building. Will be back :-)
nice new hotel and clean rooms with nice small rooftop swimingpool , great location in soi boukhaou i've tried two types of rooms the superior and the stander room ,, the only thing that i dont like in the hotel that there is no resturant but you will get two bottle of water and coffee and tea daily for free , olso there is saftey deposit box in each room

Spacious rooms, discrete but pemanent service, fridge. I stayed in the "Budget"-part of the hotel, about 600 Bath/nite; the posh part is double the price; no idea whether that matches quality. Not very cheap but sense of security. Seems they have a pool. In 4th floor very quiet and good for your health (56 steps, no lift..). Situated in Soi Bua Khao, just off the centre, but everything within 10 minutes walk. Public taxi (10 Bath) 1 minute away... I like it!
I stayed at the D Apartments for 1 week.
The property is split between the older building (cheaper and no lift) and the new building (with lift). I paid 700 THB per night for the standard room in the old section, the new section rate for a standard room was 1000 THB. For that you get LCD TV, lift and nicer decor.
The old section represents good value for money as the room was clean and the service from the reception was also very good.
The location is in a small Soi just off Soi Buakhao about 300 mtrs from Central Pattaya Road.
Good for the Baht buses and to walk to Tops and Central shopping malls takes just a few minutes.
