It's a strange place with some good and some not so good reviews...I'm not sure what I think but here goes.
We arrived on 20th November for 3 nights after reading some good reviews, the hotel is in Jomtien area of Pattaya it's around 5 minutes by 10bht taxi, although they will try to charge you 300bht if you ask at the main bus terminal
It says its a gay friendly hotel not that was not a factor in booking the hotel, on arrival I asked for a room with a balcony (so I could smoke outside) by the time I had asked the key was already in the hand of the young guy on reception, "the hotel is full" "smoke in the room" was his reply, not something that I do at home or in a hotel either. There was no way he was even going to check, the hotel has I believe 37 rooms and nearly none had any lights or life inside them, I doubt very much the hotel was full.
There is no lift at the hotel so u have to climb the stairs, when we got into the room what a NICE SURPRISE it was really nice and extremely clean, nice bed and bathroom and room was quite big.
No balcony but a window that opened so smoking issue solved,
The hotel has a lot of construction going on and is quite noisy early on in the morning when they start working.
It has a pool but it is closed due to construction work, not something that is anywhere to be seen on the website for the hotel, (it may be an idea to let people know about the construction work) but it's close to the beach.
Now the hotel is an old cement place and all the floor areas are tiled so when any one shuts a door or walks up the stairs ( remember no lift) its extremely noisy.
As I said I'm not sure what to make of this place I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either, I think that if you a single gay man, it might be the ideal place for you as the hotel looks like it has a small group of boys that are there to keep you company.
Pattaya is a beach area and the main centre of town has a beach and a lot more entertainment of a night, next time I would book something in central Pattaya.
