stayed here for 12 night november 2012. The room was clean and nice. Nice bathroom, minibar, satelite tv, aircon, balcony. The staff was wonderfull, very friendly, spoke good english. They really made me feel welcome and at home. Located on soi 6, jomtien whick is very central for both the beach and nightlife. The street it self has no bars so therefor excellent place to stay, quiet at nights.Will gladely stay here again.

I recently stayed here. Let me tell you first off how well the place shows and give ample praise to the manager who speaks excellent English and is damn nice and super professional. I stopped by and looked at room and decided to spend two nights there.
Ok here's the big issue. The shower bath is up two steps making it hard to get into an obviously very slick bath. It is dangerous. No ifs buts or maybes. Then the fun starts once your in .....hot water was non existent. Four times in one day the "engineer" had to come by and fix. The flash heater is cheap and defective. The electrical shorts out etc. OK assuming you get that far now the real fun starts.....on goes the water and it floods everywhere and the steps fill with water and soon the floor of the bathroom. Apparently I am not alone as I was told that others had experiences very similar.
Bed ..... Maybe the hardest bed I have ever come across. Woke up sore and in pain but that's easily solved by the four annoying massage parlours on the Soi. Walk by alone and the screeching is absurd ...walk by with your Thai partner and not a squeak. They are lost from a seedier Pattaya I guess.
I so wanted to like this place. It all looks so good on the surface. The architect did a great job in modern simplisticity but what was he thinking when the dangerous bath/shower came to mind. It is maybe as dangerous and as stupid a set up and one that guarantees the cleaning crew are dealing with floods and mess every time anyone showers.
Maybe the owners will come to their senses and fix this. If they do they have potentially a good thing going but they nicked pennies at the end and it is obvious and ruins what could be a total find. I sure hope they do.
Don't cheap out on beds and outlets,etc. the suite is excellent until you lie on the bed or want to charge the laptop, and avoid washing at all costs. What's with the sink ....a tap that offers one temp water. I dunno but it seems that these guys who built what could be a good hotel in a convenient area just wimped out at the end. Shame!
