stayed here for two days wanted more but they could not do so hotel was ok a bit over priced compared to others swimming pool good area ok not to far from everything rooms big enough a little dated but ok staff allright struggled to get a taxi from hotel to bangkok they did not understand where the khosam road was.

Surely, if you're used to staying in nice hotels, don't come here. But if you're a budget traveler, or backpacker, and know what to expect in this price range, you'll agree it's pretty great.
The good: It's clean enough, the rooms are big enough, the bed is comfortable enough and the shower kind of works. The location is fine, you're in the action of Pattaya, which I guess is why you came here ;) King size bed and privacy for 20 bucks? Only in Thailand! :)
The bad: The plumbing is bad, there are sketchy characters lurking in the lobby, and you can hear your neighbor sneeze...or whatever else.
I had very good time in this hotel.The location is good just 5 minutes walking distance from the main road.I loved the swimming pool very big &sunny .I loved it.The rooms &bathrooms seems little old but i didnt expect much for us$25.I had good time &i will defenately come back again.
great location at pattaya, you can walk into the middle of the walking street from this hotel. rooms are average. a/c not working properly..still a budget travellers dream hotel. swimming pool is ok and there is free wifi in the room, you can choose smoking/ non smoking rooms..the only difference is smoking rooms are larger. u can also play pool in the lobby/ good for people who would like to stay near walking street. 7.11 just opposite and a few bars , a few boy clubs to the adjacent.lot of noise at night..but ok
the title says it all. But add to that, the staff are friendly, and for $20 a night, I didnt expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, there's an inroom safe, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom relatively hygienic, and its a 5 minute walk to 'Walking Street' if thats your thing.
Note that its 4 out of 5 for the price. Dont expect a 4 star hotel and you ought to be quite satisfied with this place, but should you not be, its so cheap you can write it off as experience.
I would happily stay there again, but next time get the more luxurious suite which are also ludicrously cheap
