“Very nice hotel !!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 13, 2012

This is a very nice and clean hotel, with a great location. The room is however not that big but it’s very clean and the bed is also clean. The room has a LCD on wall and hair dryer, there is no fridge in the room but there is a safe and the washroom is big and clean.

The hotel is very clean as it’s new. The staff is very friendly and polite. The hotel has a parking as well, and my package was all inclusive so I had 24 hrs AC, 24 hrs TV, 24 hrs wifi and a toilet kit. Yes all these things are a la carte and you have to choose them while booking,

BIG C, KFC, pizza hut and family mart is just outside the hotel. It’s close to the beach at walking distance but you can take tuk tuk for 10 baht to go to the beach road. There is a night club nearby but it’s not so loud at night but you can feel the subwoofers a bit.

Overall it is a very nice hotel.

The TUNE Hotel is a very modest 1 Star Hotel, relatively new, located right in the Center of Pattaya's night life (Second Road) and only 500 meters from the beach. Stayed there 3 days and 2 nights, on the plus side: the rooms are well designed and with most basic necessities but extremely SMALL trending on TINY, maybe 15 m2. There is a basic double bed, slightly larger than a single bed and space for nothing else, not even a chair, you got 25cm to walk around the bed and thats it. In places like HK or Singapore, it is easy to understand that due to very high real estate costs, rooms would be small but in Thailand, one of few places with inexpensive real estate, it makes no sense. WiFi worked great, Nice 32inch Plasma TV on the wall with only 12 channels but only 3 in English, a Room Safe, but NO mini FRIDGE and very poor insulation cos the street music was so loud, its like the band is playing in your room. I could not sleep till 4 am when finaly the music stoped. Its an OK basic place for the 20's something backpacker looking for a place a step above your standard Youth Hostel. No facilities on site, no coffee room, a small lobby with friendly staff as is the norm anywhere in Thailand.
The worst part: ADVERTISING Panels inside the room, that was a first for me, I had never seen Adverts inside a hotel room before. I hope it is not a trend of things to come.

Room Tip: I asked for Top Floor to minimize the impact of loud music, Perhaps it helped a little but noise le...

excellent value for money.
room is small (as advertised), but clean, modern with ensuite bathroom. AC, TV and Wifi access available if paid for. computers in lobby to use internet as well.
Staff all friendly and helpful. room cleaned every day.
Location was only 1 block from beach, almost opposite Big C shopping centre and many eating places nearby (hotel has no restaurant of its own). the baht buses which run along Beach road and this road for 10-20 Baht pass right outside.

We not like it at all but thught to check itout becaus of good price. However it is starnge as they charge everything extra...even air con, entertainment (which they consider the TV) and even towels. Rooms are small and clean but if compare to other local hotels we pay little more and have all the services and facilties which Tune not has. Beware of extra charges atTune Hotel...same as Air Asia because same owner. They chrage you for everythingatbextra cost. Also the hotel in nicy area and we have room to street ...no good.

As a hotel for holiday, this hotel have the best definition for it. Not much facility, just aircon, tv, bath room, and bed. I think it has perfect value, and best room so far, while youre stayng mostly outside when holiday, this hotel still can provide you nice bed, cool air con, and power shower.

As for myself, the place is simplyerfect,. Just accross the alcazar show, and just 10 minutes to central festivall and the beach. This hotel is just the best with it value.

Stayed 2 nights in October. It is very clean, comfortable and reasonable price since I booked the room on a promotion rate. The receptions are very friendly and helpful and no extra charge for leaving my luggages all afternoon after checked out. It is acrossed to BigC where you can find food court there and 2 minutes to Alcazar cabarat show. It is not too close but not too far from the beach only about 5 minutes walk. My first night free Wifi worked fine but second night it didnot work. Reception said will send someone to fix it but it still did not work. So I spend sometime at the lobby's computer surfing with no charge. A little bite noisy in the late night since hotel is next to pattaya's night light disco bar but that what we come to Pattaya for! Bring your ears plug. But for cleanliness, comfortable and friendly receptions, I definetely will stay here again.
