I stayed here for a week and I would most definitely recommend this property. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Although it looks like you are in the middle of nowhere (tucked away in a soi), the hotel is actually very centrally situated. You are about 100 meters away from the 2nd Road that runs parallel with Beach Road. You are also walking distance away from Festival Central which has a great My Choice supermarket with great food. The hotel has a restaurant with good, reasonably priced food. In the 2nd Road there literally hundreds of bars/ restaurant to choose from. The hotel has a laundrette, but you can also hand in your washing and again it is very reasonable. There is a travel agent just down the road and you can also book trips through the hotel. There is an ATM/ money exchange on the corner. There is a lovely pool as well as a gym. The hotel also has a small shop with essential items. Again, just down the road is a Seven Eleven. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is free wi fi. The hotel also has two computers you can access free of charge. You can use the hotel tuk-tuk at a nominal fee to take you to nearby attractions. The kitchenette in the apartment has everything you need, but food is so cheap that you might as well eat out every meal, except perhaps breakfast. The only negative, perhaps, is the fact that there are only 3 English television channels - one news and two entertainment channels.

I stayed at this place for a very long time on an assignment and place is Okay to stay. The rooms are nice and clean and staff is courteous and can understand and speak english. The facilities provided are good. You have a small shop, a launderette to clean clothes and all kitchen appliances which you can use if you wish to cook. The place also has a small restaurent which serves Breakfast. Though this breakfast menu does not vary much needs to be changed frequently.
Other niggling problem faced is on internet speeds which can be excrutiatingly slow at times. Nice place otherwise.

By far, our best stay in thailand. We were @ Peace at @ Mind.
Clean rooms, good staff at reception, who understand english. 24 hour hot water. Spacious bathroom.
Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, toaster & induction cooker.
All u have to do for breakfast is to visit 7-11 & get stuff & make everything for your taste & appetite.
Free Gym & Sauna. Both in perfect working condition.
Nice pool, with ample pool chairs. Free Wi-Fi. Locker facility. Hair dryer.
I dont think you can ask for a better deal (we got it for 50$ per night at agoda).

Room tip: try to get a poolside room (for a view)

I have passed this service apartment for quite sometime now and I have been intrigued to stay there. I had the opportunity to stay overnight in Pattaya and so I decided to book @Mind to try it.

It had a beautifully designed lobby so it gives you a feeling of something cutting edge and elegant. However, it only had one elevator and the room - although nicely designed, was somewhat not maintained nicely - dirt stains on the wall, cheap bathroom, lumpy bed... I read some of the reviews so did not take breakfast but when I checked out in the morning it seems okay....

Overall, it was at par with what they are charging the room for... except that I was hoping for something more....

This is a new place, but whomever laid it out wasn't thinking of people actually living there. In the kitchen there is only one set of outlet plugs available. In the living room, there were NONE!
In the bedroom, the electrician must never have lived with a bed and electricity, because they put the ONLY outlet in the room right in the middle of where the bed is, so you cannot plug anything in because the bed is up against the plug. (I'm an apprentice electrician for Habitat in Denver, so I know something about laying out electrical service to actually be useful.) We stayed at another place on the south side of Pattaya, and in both places I found the beds to be hard. I'm used to a 3" foam mattress at home though.
Our 2 bedroom unit came with a washing machine, which is helpful, but we have not used it yet. We had a wifi modem in the room. Speed supposedly 54 Mbps.
Our room came with breakfast, which is nice looking, but the food is cold! Only the two kinds of soup are hot. It is tasty though lukewarm unless you catch the tray right after they put it out.
Location is on a fairly quiet street just a block off the main (usually unbelievably congested) drag, and two blocks from the beach. Big C ( the former Carrefour) is an easy walk away, as are the unbelievable number of bars and "massage" parlors and tattoo shops.
The price was $250 a night, which seems high, but I wasn't paying it. Based on ads I think the party who paid didn't get a great bargain, but they were somewhat desperate.
Pool was nice. Exercise room is not air conditioned, so very hot, even at 7 am. Equipment almost new.
The staff speak pretty good English, quite a contrast to previous place in Jomtien, south of Pattaya.

Room tip: Ask for a room that does not front on the street.

My summer holiday on the Pattaya beach. I search for this service apartment from website. I choose this one because I like the building style and swimming pool (Saw picture from internet). First I get there we took VAN from Bangkok it cost 150(5$) baht per person. First we arrived to Pattaya Van Driver want to stop us at Sukunvit Road. It's far from place we wanted to go so I begged he to drove us to hotel area. We stop at Pattaya Klang 2nd Road. I think the Hotel is by the street side but I couldn't found so I call hotel. They told me to look at Bangkok Bank and walk in side the small street. I think we walked about 50 meter. From where we stay also can walk to Central Festivel,Top supermarket and to the beach you have to walk out to 2nd Road and walk through 1 block(bar street) Then you will see the beach(1st or beach Road). Or you can talk Taxi Bus(We call "Song Teaw, Or Rod Me") it's cost 10 baht per person. If you take from 2nd road It's will lead you to Big C at North Pattaya walk down to take Taxi Bus to Central Festival pattaya beach on the beach Road. On this direction you also can continue to Ribley Royal Garden Plaza and Walking Street. I hope my information will help people who interested to spending the time on pattaya beach. Sorry for some mistake on writing my English is not that good. Enjoy your trip.
