“Clean, well-situated, but noisy & basic”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

I really liked the bathroom, which was huge with an Italian-style walk-in shower, but rather jarred with the room which was spacious & clean but very simple!
If you want to be right in the middle of the "action", Sutus Court is perfect. There are bars, restaurants, massage parlours, banks, you name it, all around.
Noise from the corridors is a big problem. Bedroom doors are not flush with the frame: you can hear doors constantly slamming, people talking, shouting, all through the night, which could be a problem if you are light sleeper.
There's no breakfast on offer so clients have to make their own arrangements, but that is no problem.
The whole hotel, 7 floors of it, is served by one small lift, which can sometimes take ages to arrive, so you'd be better off using the stairs if you don't want to hang around waiting.
Staff are cheerful and helpful.

Sutus is a very nice affordable place to stay. I had a small problem with the pillows and have to say they were changed immediately.
The hotel is in a very very busy area surrounded by bars shops, mini markets and restaurants so if you like to be in the thick of it everything its here at your at your finger tips. (Even the chemist for earplugs)

Well, the persnell in the reception was'nt the most friendly when we arrived. The didn't show us ourroom or explain anything until we got back and told them. The sixe of the room is big bad the air con has just one button to push, therefore you can't ajust it. The location is ok, a lot of walking to the beack AND til walking street.

This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. The zone 1 rooms are a bit of basic budget luxury. If soi buakow is your scene; this hotel is perfectly located.!!.All the staff are always very friendly to me.Unlike some of these previous reviews. Maybe giving a small tip + being good natured can work wonders!!.

Stayed for 2 weeks in May/June 2013 in Zone 1. Very very clean--never saw an ant or cockroach in my room at all which was approx 45 square meters and also had a small balcony. My room was at the rear of the Hotel on the 5th floor and I had no outside noise at all. Reception staff were very friendly and smiley if you humoured them although their English was a little bit lacking(nit noi). I found the Air Con to be very good and also quiet. The shower was fantastic with good pressure and constant hot water. The safety box was not in the room but on the ground floor behind reception which was an inconvenience. Two free bottles of water each day for drinking or cleaning of teeth were provided. Why do some inconsiderate guests insist on slamming doors instead of closing them slowly and quietly and then spend the early hours of the morning moving chairs around their rooms which, on floor tiles becomes a little annoying?

This has been our 4th stay here for 2 weeks and the hospital next has been finished for awhile, if you want the best rooms you need to stay in Zone 1 average cost 900/950 baht per night, other zones are cheaper but standard goes down the cheaper you pay. The staff are helpful and friendly and it's this that makes us comeback, this hotel is well placed with Baht Buses going both directions so that you come out hotel and catch one going left on Tuesday's and Fridays for 3 minute trip to outdoor markets or take one going right to Central Road or you can get off anywhere along the road at numerous bars and cafe's/restaurant's cost of trip only 10 baht per person wether 200 mtrs or a km. Will use again in future.

Room Tip: Always try to get a room in Zone 1 these rooms are spacious, there are other zones but these are not...
